之前住過三亞的MO，設備陳舊，沙灘也一般般，讓人大失所望，所以之後很少選擇MO。
這次預訂的時候看到盧塞恩MO酒店是新裝修的，所以儘管價格偏高，我抱着再試試的心態訂了兩晚，確實感覺各方面都比較優秀，值得一住：
1）裝修風格簡約、典雅、精緻、時尚，設備一流，無可挑剔👍
2）酒店地理環境優越，緊靠湖邊。
3）服務一流，看得出服務生都經過很好的培訓，服務很到位。
唯一覺得遺憾的是這次碰到上海來的一位朋友，她自己直接跟酒店預訂的房間，價格比攜程便宜，而且酒店還給她升級房型，贈送消費券，攜程這麼大的公司，應該更容易能去爭取到這些吧？

酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。
