避雷！！！服務態度不行，衞生環境也不行！！！開好房進到房間的時候阿姨還在打掃衞生，我還問阿姨廁所都擦了消毒了嗎，阿姨説弄好了。後面我要上廁所發現裏面馬桶還黏着shi，我又把阿姨叫回來，她就當著我的麪直接刷子刷了一下，那個坐着的蓋子都沒掀起來，然後她刷完就這樣走了，也不給我擦一下，無奈我衹好用花灑沖一下。到了晚上氣温下降到7°感覺有點冷，開了空調沒覺得暖，十點半想打電話到前台問一下，在房間沒找到前台電話，後面發現電話連線都沒插，電池也沒有，我又上平台找了電話打過去，前台説暖氣剛開要十一點才暖，説跟KTV那邊是一起的，開了暖氣KTV那邊會熱什麼什麼的，但這跟我有什麼關係？？？我是來住酒店的，酒店暖氣不是24小時衹要需要，想開就能開的嗎？。好，沒暖氣我理解你們，我就説我現在覺得很冷，能不能先給我一床被子，結果前台説房源緊張，房間快滿了，沒有被子了？諾大的酒店難道一張多餘的被子都沒有？前台一直説讓我等一下，暖氣待會十一點就暖了，十一點我還是覺得冷，又打電話給前台，一直説讓我們理解他們，暖氣跟ktv連的，沒有多餘的被子，又講這裡是前台，這些不歸前台管？笑了，前台是衹負責辦理入住而已嗎？後來又説讓空調師傅來幫忙看一下空調是不是有什麼問題，電話裏聽見前台叫空調師傅過來，過了十一二分鐘還沒來，後面又打了電話過去問，她説她叫了，師傅不上去我也沒有辦法，那這是你們內部溝通有問題，跟我有什麼關係？我需要的是解決問題。師傅來了，看了又説現在剛開暖氣，要等十幾分鍾，到時候整個房間都會暖的，不暖再找他。等了十幾分鍾，是有暖氣，但是要伸手去空調那裡才能感受到暖氣。又打電話去前台，師傅上來又説，你要多暖才覺得暖？問題是我感覺冷才找你啊，然後空調師傅又給我扯什麼暖氣是循環流通的，可能你覺得不暖，但是是暖的。但我就是覺得冷啊，我就想要一床被子而已，你們酒店被子這麼薄，扯了好久，後面才去拿多一床被子給我。我一開始就好好的跟你們溝通，暖氣有沒有都沒關係，我就想要一床被子，你們一直在找理由，要我們理解你們，那誰理解我們啊，我們不是花錢找罪受的，你們前台有培訓過的嗎？一直到12點，還是覺得有點冷，我就想要一床被子而已很難嗎，後面空調師傅才去隔壁房拿了一床被子。我這就是你們的服務態度和辦事效率？超級避雷！你們家酒店不會再來了！
