衞生：衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單非常乾淨。房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃得也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常乾淨沒有灰塵服務：前台小妹都非常熱情，她們會及時熱情地為你解答各種問題，有需要還會告訴你旅遊指南以及那裡可以買水果哪裡有潮汕特色小吃哪裡有夜市等等位置：位於北新大道，這裏交通便利，四通八達，出行便利，去玄武山旅遊區就幾分鐘路程！裝修：裝修很用心，簡約但不簡單，白天拉開窗簾曬太陽也不用擔心私隱暴露，風水位置極佳價格：價格優惠，與同等價位的其他酒店

酒店還可以，窗户開着通風會有點灰塵，另外投影儀有時候挺模糊的，其他的還可以挺舒服的，房間也足夠大！！

酒店位置很易找，附近都是一般民居及小店。纲路上這是一間去年才開幕的新酒店、亦是我選這家的原因。酒店不大屬精品類形。一打開門這智能房間就自動關閉窗簾、有點被嚇到。床鋪舒適。房間空間感足夠，唯4樓樓層沒什麼景觀可言，都是向後巷小平房。

房間衞生超級差，地毯都是碎碎的臟東西，沒有吸塵過，桌子也是有臟的痕跡沒擦，打開熱水壺裡面有茶葉渣，衞生間馬桶坐墊也是臟的不行，從來沒見過一間這麼臟的客房，真是無語！回憶起房間樣子覺得像是一個惡夢。
