這是我們住過的最差的維也納酒店，設施老舊，早餐還要爬兩層樓才能吃到，而且早餐品質不高，特別是前台接待人員素質亟待提高，入住時講明年紀大睡覺差需安靜點的房間，答應解決，結果就是往裡麪安排了一下，而樓層就是他們的主接待層，晚上安排了團組，非常鬧，晚班前台沒辦法，讓我們換房間，當時已近12點了，我們已是70歲的長者這麼折騰我們於情於理都太過分了。特別強調的是他們的房間隔音不好，請注意！

4月3號下午登記的這個女前台，態度很差，完全沒有達到上崗的標準，房卡才給一張，後面找她拿的時候，她完全沒有意識到這樣做是不對的，沒有感覺到有歉意，反而顯得極其不耐煩的又重新問我的房號姓名，難道登記兩個人的訊息不是要給兩張卡嗎？那登記兩個人的意義何在？還有打電話説空調不冷，搞下房間的衞生，態度都很差，我還是你們維也納會員常住客户，希望你們會重視整改，不然以後我都不住陸豐維也納酒店
