This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family trip, especially during the May Day holiday. The staff were super helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!

Right next to Saibao Department Store, with parking available both at the entrance and underground. The hotel lobby is very welcoming, and they offer complimentary coffee and tea. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. The soundproofing is great, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend it for its value for money!

So lucky to have caught the 'Ying Laoye' festival during my trip to Chaoshan! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; I could step right out and immerse myself in the lively atmosphere of the Yingge dance and big gongs, a truly immersive experience of Chaoshan's intangible cultural heritage. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were very new. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was warm and attentive. The soundproofing was also excellent – despite all the festivities, my rest was completely undisturbed. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Chaoshan's traditional culture!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was on a high floor with a central location, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable—spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. The decor was lightly luxurious and elegant, with a fantastic design aesthetic. All the staff were very professional. A special thanks to the front desk lady who helped me dry my washed clothes!

Great location with lots of food options within walking distance. Staff were lovely! A little noisey with slamming doors and guests above us dragging chairs in the night. The cigarette smoke was easily smelt perhaps through the air conditioning? If you are sensitive to this it may be worth noting ☺️

An absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's service is truly textbook perfect. We arrived early but were still able to check in smoothly, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff's service was superb. The room's decor was minimalist yet cozy, and the bedding, from an imported brand, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, and the double vanity design was incredibly convenient. A pre-sleep soak in the tub was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered fresh ingredients, hot stir-fries, and freshly prepared local specialty dishes for the salad bar – the quality was amazing, definitely worth the price! The room layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for work and relaxation, allowing for comfortable work without disturbing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; we enjoyed a quiet environment even in the city center. The staff were professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They also offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a perfect stress-reliever during work breaks. The value for money is outstanding – this is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Room was spacious and clean. We had a delectable buffet breakfast in the morning with an abundance of selection. Service staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

Room condition. Bathroom. As good as it could be. If your purpose is a business trip, it will be the best option
