本來以為漢庭是一個好的品牌，但是加盟者並沒有同一個信念，房間本來白色的沙發都變黃，床單也是破裂的，前台對顧客的需要沒有合理配合。

房間茶具設備破爛，一直漏水，房間隔音不好，隔壁房間和樓上發出的噪聲吵得人睡不着。前台服務員的態度極其惡劣，本人每天長期在外出差，每天住不同的酒店，這個酒店是我住過的上百家酒店裡，感受最差勁的。別的酒店都可以延期到14點退房，就這個酒店的前台服務員因為13點30退房，要我補差價，當場跟我吵架！真是爛到家的體驗
