We were given a very warm welcome by Francesca. She is an excellent asset for this hotel. She was very informative and interesting to talk to.  The hotel pool was great. Thank you Breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in a hotel for a while. A wide range of food.

The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect.

Room was a good size for 2 people. Breakfast was too good. Staff was accommodating

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

All was good

The hotel's biggest draw is its two indoor and outdoor pools! Right in front of the hotel are a bus stop, the Monte Bray cable car station, and two large supermarkets. Lake Lugano is a 10-minute walk away! The breakfast was excellent, and the service was quite friendly. The only drawback was that there were only a few tissues, and the conditioner left clumps. Was it expired?

Hotel 5 minutes from Paradiso station and 2 steps from the lake and public transport stops that take you to the center (free with the Ticino ticket provided by the hotel), otherwise the center is only 20 minutes away taking advantage of the beautiful walk on the lake. Excellent restaurant recommendations, towels for the hotel's 2 heated pools provided free of charge by reception. Abundant and varied breakfast, spacious room, does not have a wardrobe but it did not create problems for us as we stayed for only one night. Kind and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is average, the cost performance is not high, but the surrounding environment is good👍

The room is very good, the breakfast is very luxurious, the hotel provides free city bus tickets, you can take it to Lugano train station, 100 meters is the mountain rail station, 100 meters is a medium-sized supermarket, 300 meters is the lakeside scenic area

The shower in the room was broken

The hotel is older, but the front desk service is good. The surrounding restaurant industry is good. It is only a five-minute walk to Lake Lugano. The location is excellent.

Except for the location and environment, everything else about the hotel is just so-so.
