The downsides were that the stir-fried dishes were already sold out when I arrived, and the elevator required a card, so I couldn't go upstairs to do laundry without my room card, even though my colleague was still in the room. It was a bit of a hassle, and I hope they can improve that. The service was excellent, and coffee and hot tea were always available. The room was also very quiet, making it a comfortable place to stay for business trips. Parking was also very convenient."
