From the private garden, thanks to a small path, direct access to the sea with a rocky beach and a sandy beach which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The villa is on two floors:
ground floor: kitchen equipped with a service refrigerator, new washing machine and dishwasher, dining room equipped with a large new refrigerator with freezer and ice dispenser, lounge, 1 double bedroom, toilet with shower and bidet, access to the external veranda .
First floor: 2 double bedrooms; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 toilet with sink; 1 toilet with bidet, sink and shower; large terrace.
Large garden, covered veranda with chairs and outdoor table, sun loungers, lawn, table tennis area, charcoal barbecue, two small swings for children up to 3 years. Air conditioning, heating, possibility of cleaning. Swimming pool 6mx12m shared with the two adjacent villas.
Pets allowed by agreement with the owner.
Location easily accessible from Calvi airport or from the ports of Calvi, Ile Rousse and Bastia.
The house is structured to offer a comfortable stay thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The position guarantees a unique opportunity to spend moments of true relaxation between the beauty of the sea and the charm of the mountains with their swimming rivers. The sea area below the house, full of fish, allows you to experience the thrill of diving in solitude to swim along the coast or go snorkelling and spearfishing. Great location and view
The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. It has however been neglected and was not clean to our standards. Well equipped kitchen but cupboards were upside down and dishes had to be clean before use.
Beds were comfortable however, only one sheet and one towel was supplied (with add cost) to make the bed.
We, however, had a great time. Sunsets are amazing and the surrounding were amazingly quiet.

A lovely place in a lovely part of Corsica
The villa provides accommodation for up to 8 people unless you want to use the fold down in the main room. All rooms are smallish but with good storage and comfortable beds and aircon. There are enough bathrooms/ showers and loos. None en suite.
The outside space is a big covered terrace and a bbq and large swimming pool. This shared but has never caused a problem and when neighbours have been there they have been courteous and considerate. The check in arrangements ha gone wrong each time. So before you go make sure you have a direct line to the owner and to Moussa who will be the caretaker. We love it there with its stunning views and perfect location. 2 years ago wee rented it for a month so as to share it with family and friends- not at the same time.it was a huge success enjoyed by everyone so this year we took it again for two weeks. That probably says it all . I will go again if plans can work out.

Tolles Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Insgesamt hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben den Pool und den Garten genossen, die Erwachsenen den Blick und das Nahe gelegene Meer zum Angeln.

Maison confortable avec belle vue
La maison est bien équipée et bien située. La literie est très confortable, les climatiseurs fonctionnent parfaitement. Les salles de bains sont récemment rénovées mais quand on se douche en haut, de l'eau coule dans le salon en bas. Le mur est d'ailleurs en piteux état avec de la moisissure.
L'eau de la piscine était propre mais le pourtour était franchement sale (ça partait pourtant en grattant). Le ménage de surface était bien fait, mais les tiroirs de la cuisine étaient sales, il y avait des torchons moisis et les filtres et buses du lave vaisselle étaient très encrassés. Bref, l'ensemble manque clairement d'entretien et c'est un peu choquant pour un tel prix de location, mais ça reste néanmoins tout à fait confortable.
Le point fort de la maison est assurément la belle terrasse avec coin salon, grande table, plancha et vue sublime (couchers de soleil mémorables!). Quand la mer est calme, on peut s'y baigner directement depuis les rochers juste en contrebas de la maison.

Super Lage aber dürftiger Service - excellent Location but poor service.
Die Lage und der Blick sind in der Tat großartig, auch der Felsstrand ist unschwer in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Bäcker sind es ungefähr 7. Auch Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten sind Klasse.
Leider war die Tischtennisplatte ( schon länger) kaputt, es gab keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher inkludiert (das erfuhren wir nicht im Inserat sondern in einem Email danach) und die Endreinigung kostet extra. Das ist nicht nur sehr ungewöhnlich bei exklusiven Häusern sondern verzerrt auch den Vergleich auf fewodiekt.de bzw arbritel.
Daß 2 teuer bezahlte Bettzeuge dann nicht mal bezogen waren, ist Niveau Jugendherberge oder Berghütte.
Unsere Mitteilungen dazu wurden nicht beantwortet, die versprochene Reparatur einer kaputten Tür erfolgte auch nicht. Eigentlich schade, daß der tolle Eindruck hier ohne Not so gemindert wurde, das sollten die Eigentümerin und M.Moussa vielleicht verbessern.

Mais piscine non conforme au niveau sécurité pour les petits enfants.
