給我的是角落房間，沒有滿足我預訂要求。房間環境也很一般，沒有像圖片裏那麼好。
我在酒店餐廳晚餐，點了一杯紅酒，卻收了我一瓶的錢。這點帳算不清楚又找到酒店前台，前台明確説會交待第二天負責結賬的同事此事。
很遺憾，check out時候還是按一瓶給我收費，又花了很多時間給他們去糾錯，細節服務很混亂。

HasHotel is my favorite hotel in Hasselt. They are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. I’ve eaten many meals in the restaurant and everything is great. Service is great. I was recently here around the holidays and it’s decorated very festive. I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is well located close to the center city. Good size rooms, comfy bed, allowing a good rest. Good shower with proper water flow. Some amenities.Room has a good working desk, with power plugs and wifi. Drink amenities available.It provides a coffee machine. The room I stayed had a lovely balcony. Recommended.

Very nice suites on top of the hotel, very modern with nice terrace. The bathroom is superb. The breakfast is really excellent, with a large choice of everything, juices, breath, warm and cold plates, ... Good reception, overal great. We will go back.

The hotel was overall not comfortable. The room was big, but not practical. A fancy light panel at the door is of no use, if the lighting in the room is insufficient. The shower was not working properly, the fan was not working at all. While I can tolerate to leave the bathroom door open after a shower, I am not willing to do so after using the toilet. The worst was a piece of really sharp-edged piece of plastic in my salad. After complaining about it and not willing to pay for a such a dinner, I had to pay the water. I got pretty much no excuse from the restaurant. I will not choose this hotel again!

Gorgeous modern hotel. Wonderful, modern room with beautiful bathroom and best fresh breakfast I have had in my life with cava and dishes a la carte included in the price. We certainly plan to come back! Points to improve: coffee was rather average and no parking lot.

A very nice place to stop with great attention to detail, exudes sophistication and modernity. The reception staff, waiting staff all fabulous and very helpful. We ate in on the evening and barca mishap with disappearing starters the mains were delicious, as was the regional blonde beer! Breakfast was in the very nice restaurant area. Cold buffet looked delicious, I opted for the salmon on Guac and scrambled egg....when it arrived it was again delicious. This hotel is well placed and I shall visit again.
