Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Kein schönes Hotel. Ich kann nur davon abraten hier ein Zimmer zu buchen. Viel Schein, wenig Sein. Es gibt so viele gute Hotels, dieses gehört nicht dazu. Hier ist der Kunde definitiv kein König.

Verbindlich bestätigte Buchung der Wellness Suite wurde 4 Tage vor der Übernachtung durch das Hotel storniert. Eine Alternative für diese Übernachtung wurde nicht angeboten. Lediglich 5% Rabatt auf die nächste Buchung. Dies ist bei einem Preis pro Nacht von 318€ und der kurzfristigen Absage für mich nicht akzeptable. Mitarbeiter des Hotels war am Telefon nicht kooperativ und eher unfreundlich nicht Gästeorientiert. So werden aus Gästen keine Freunde. Aktuell für mich keine Empfehlung wert!

Wir waren mit vier Personen (drei Erwachsene und ein Kind) für einen Wellness Kurzurlaub (zwei Nächte) in diesem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent und der Wellnessbereich sehr schön gestaltet

Gutes Hotel zentral in Lünen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Frühstück und Abendessen waren regional und geschmackvoll. Sehr schöner Pool und Saunabereich, einzig der Aufpreis von 8 Euro für das Ausleihen eines Bademantels, der eigentlich zum Hotelstandard gehören sollte, passte nicht ins Konzept. Grosser, mit einer Schranke abgetrennter Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Ein schönes Haus was sich gastronomisch und hinsichtlich der Nachhaltigkeit nicht verändert. Das Buffet zum Mittag und gegebenenfalls auch zum Abend ist ein kulinarisches Wander zwischen Fertigsalten und Cremespeisen die aus der Fertigtüte stammen. Wer einen Bademantel möchte bekommt diesen an der Rezeption gegen ein „Reinigungsgeld“ von 8,00€ nur in der Größe klein. Auf die Frage ob es auch welche in XL gäbe bekommt man zur Antwort, man solle den Bademantel dann in der Sauna bei den Kollegen umtauschen? Wie ich benutze zwei Bademäntel? Ist das in der heutigen Zeit noch nachhaltig? Die Badeschlappen die man mit dazu bekommt sind so rutschig das die Mitarbeiter in der Sauna empfehlen diese hier nicht zu tragen um nicht auszurutschen?!Wann soll ich sie dann tragen?

Gutes Hotel mit schönem Pool und Sauna. Die Zimmer waren groß und gut eingerichtet. Mit Kühlschrank TV und Badewanne. Das Restaurant ist super. Sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen. Gutes Fassbier. Die Lage ist auch gut. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.

Dieses Hotel ( Stundenhotel ) bietet Ehebruch und Seitensprüngen mit Candlelight Dinner Wellness in einer Suite das richtige Ambiente zum Fremdgehen. Es gibt nichts was man noch hinzufügen kann. Diese Situation macht mich einfach sprachlos. Sehr wahrscheinlich hat mein man eine Gelegenheit bei einer Familienfeier genutzt um eine Suite Reservierung zu tätigen.
