Luntai Populus Hotel

It's an older hotel, just okay. The biggest downside was the shower didn't even have a curtain, so it was all mixed in with the toilet and sink.

Located right at the entrance of the Poplar Forest Park, with a parking lot right outside the window, it's incredibly convenient. You can wake up early and be among the first to enter, avoiding the crowds. It seems to have been renovated recently; it's quite clean and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast, including steamed rolls, congee, soy milk, eggs, and pickles, was also decent.

The front desk staff, security, and cleaning aunties were all excellent. Their service was thoughtful, and they were always ready to help with any request. The hotel is right at the entrance of the attractions, which was super convenient for taking photos and exploring.

The room had a very common, old hotel layout. There was no separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and there was always a strange odor. After showering, the floor was very wet, and we weren't even allowed to use towels to soak up the water. The value for money was extremely poor; it definitely wasn't worth over 400. However, it's the only game in town near the attractions.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the entrance of the Tarim Populus Euphratica Forest Park. Parking is easy, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the hotel itself has a strong sewage smell, and the amenities provided are basic. For over 400 yuan a night during peak season, the towels were really dirty – I wouldn't dare use them.

The facilities are poor and outdated. The towels were yellow, and the hygiene was just okay. There was a strong sewage smell. Due to peak season, the staff were very busy with tour groups. The location is very convenient, close to the scenic area!

Right by the scenic area, you can even park your car directly inside. The hotel's back door leads straight into the attraction, so you can play until closing time, then just move your car to the hotel's back parking. The next day, after a good breakfast, you can catch the sunrise before heading out, which is a really nice and comfortable experience.

The walls in the room were peeling, and water from the shower leaked into the room. It was also dusty and had small bugs. The soundproofing was poor, and even with the air conditioning set to 29 degrees Celsius, the room was still cold. The air conditioner kept turning on and off all night, so I didn't get any rest. The environment is actually quite nice, right at the entrance of the Poplar Forest, and the service was okay. The hotel booking said no breakfast, but in the morning, they still provided steamed buns, eggs, and porridge.
