酒店距離黑龍江江邊僅幾分鐘的步行路程，周圍安靜。下榻房間很大，可以當一間會議室，衞生間也不小，是一般旅店的兩倍大，各項設施還算完備，不方便的就是衞生間乾濕不分離，洗澡後滿衞生間的水，使用馬桶或洗手池的時候就要十分注意了，或者光着腳進去，或者穿着濕拖鞋。不過，一個小鎮裏的旅店，不能用大城市的標準來要求，總體還是可以的。

就在江邊，離界碑和口岸都很近，離名山島2km，旁邊很多俄貨商店，價格還可以，單看圖片以為很偏吃飯不方便，實際上週邊有很多餐館，還有個小魚市。

時隔一年再次入住，給免費升級了，房間很大，衞生一般，浴室下水不暢，周邊環境不錯，挺安靜，作為撫遠到嘉蔭間的落腳點還是可以的

酒店就在江邊，有免費的停車場，自駕游去比較方便，周邊環境很好，吃飯附近有小歺館，有江魚很鮮，房間乾淨衞生也很大，但沒施一般。
