服務蠻好的，因為酒店選擇比較少，挑了個新開的而且評價裏沒有提噪音的，溢價有點高導致期待比較高，結果房間小、衞生間返臭、床上用品不乾淨就算了。窗户不隔音，臨街的房間能清楚聽到汽車輪胎碾過路面的聲音，並且戴耳塞也隔絕不了這種噪音。進房間出現了喉嚨不舒服、眼睛刺痛的症狀，非常擔心甲醛問題。總之就是不推薦。

特別好！性價比很高 有伴手禮，好用的吹風機，免費礦泉水，全屋智能，在羅甸一百多住到這樣的酒店真是太棒了！去大小井很方便，走幾分鐘就可以坐9路車，沒拍店裡照片放兩張羅甸大小井的吧。真的很好玩。下次來羅甸還會住。

客服人員服務特別周到貼心，準備的伴手禮女兒非常喜歡。房間床墊柔軟舒適，衞生也做得乾淨整潔。唯一遺憾的是，由於遇到羅甸大小井上游泄洪，河水變渾濁，沒能去成景區有點小可惜～另外停車方面稍有不便，需要停到附近區域，酒店沒有獨立停車場，希望未來可以優化。整體還是很滿意的一次入住！

入住體驗很好，就是我以為羅甸區住宿性價比高，到找了好多家酒店環境都不行，最後花155訂的這家，環境很好。比很多家都很好了。羅甸的話，除了大小井玩，吃的好多家店都有賣狗肉，都不敢進去吃，最後路邊吃了炒飯，酒店也是找了一整晚都沒特別合適的，不過還好找到這家。心滿意足的睡覺了。
