When I arrived at night, I saw it on Ctrip for around 250 yuan but didn't book it. When I asked at the front desk, it was over 280 yuan. I mentioned it was over 250 yuan on Ctrip, and the staff said they didn't understand, then opened the computer and started doing a bunch of things. At the same time, I couldn't access Ctrip anymore. Then she said, "Then book it through Ctrip." I clicked again, and it was over 290 yuan. In the morning, I could clearly hear the cleaning staff next door; there was no soundproofing at all. Not to mention the noise from people in the hallway. I never give bad reviews, and I certainly wouldn't write so many. Vienna is truly awful!"
