Facilities: I didn't encounter the yellowing of supplies as others said. The bedding was very new and the mattress was just the right hardness and softness. If there is a downside, it's that the room I stayed in faced the street, and I could still hear the noise of passing vehicles.
Service: There was a sister at the front desk who was very nice, and the three people I met were all nice.
Environment: The location is very convenient. The hotel is on the left hand side when you get out of the bus station. It is very convenient. It's not far from the attractions.

The room is small but clean. The water temperature is hot and cold, which makes it uncomfortable to wash. The water in the sink is very small, so it is difficult to wash your face. Breakfast only has porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and a side dish. Nothing to eat.

當天住8419房，洗個澡出來就發現淹水了，水直接淹到床底下，好在我包包放的位置沒被淹到，不然就濕了，我立馬跟前台反應，處理就是派人來打掃了一番，然後全屋小度控制看似智能，但根本沒任何提供教學，還是我上小紅書看教學的，空調也衹能透過小度來控制，每次進來衹能喚醒來重新設定，還不如傳統手動遙控器的速度呢，而且，既然都能全屋智能了，為啥那個外賣還要到一樓前台這拿，我前幾天去住的如家酒店就有機器人可以幫忙送到房間門口的，同樣集團下的説是智能反而更不方便了，兩顆星是給前台態度很熱心又和善的阿姨的

晚上23點到洛陽，火車站附近找了一家酒店過度一下，視頻是晚上鎖門的時候發現的，根本鎖不上。太晚了也就沒有找酒店來處理，圖二是裝吹風機的袋子，全是灰看着就不想用了。好在床品還算乾淨房間也沒有異味。存行李也沒有專門的地方，就讓放在大廳的一個角落，也沒人看管。感覺很不安全。第二天果斷換到隔壁的古都御景酒店，房間好太多了，價格也差不了多少還含早。

酒店靠近洛陽火車站和汽車站，出行便利，刷個共享單車或者公交去景區也很方便。
房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，小度使用也很便利，雖然臨街，關閉窗户，隔音效果還是很不錯。
前台服務的兩位大姐熱情周到，很耐心回答我們的諮詢。
很喜歡洛陽這個城市，有機會還會再來。
