It was my first time to come to Luoyang. I read a lot of reviews on Ctrip saying that this hotel was clean and tidy and the environment was good. The lady at the front desk was warm and hospitable, so I booked it here. After checking in, it was indeed as everyone said. The key is that it is close to the scenic spot and convenient. The lady at the reception desk gave me a souvenir before leaving. I'll stay here again next time

The location of the hotel is super good. It is very close to Yingtianmen and Tiantang Hall. The local tour guide said that I live in the most prosperous place in the area. The room is super new, and the ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic. There is a Luoyang specialty store on the first floor of the hotel. After buying the specialties, they will be delivered directly to your home without worrying about it. There is also a guide to the attractions in the lobby on the first floor, which lists the time, travel expenses, and Introduction to attractions. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so attentive. When I checked out, I couldn't find a room card. I thought it was lost and paid 20 yuan for the cost. Unexpectedly, at around two o'clock that afternoon, the lady at the front desk gave me I called and said that they had picked up my room card and refunded me the 20 yuan. So touching. Before checking out and leaving, I was given a small gift box of snacks. Since I didn’t have breakfast, I ate them all in front of the hotel. If I have a chance to come back to Luoyang, I will choose Magpie Luoshen again.

The hotel has easy parking and a very good location. It is not far from Xiaojie Tianfu, Yingtianmen and other places. It is also very convenient to buy items nearby. The hotel is also very clean. We upgraded the room type for free. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and left. I also got a souvenir, and I’m very happy living there!

Instead, the aunt who does hygiene and the brother who cooks noodles are in charge. The two men were obviously not trained and their service attitude was not good. As soon as I entered the door, I was stopped and told that my child needed extra money. I asked where to pay, and the elder brother said that there was a height measurement at the door. I was speechless at the time. Later, the aunt told me to pay at the front desk. . We had just sat down to eat and another tenant was holding a child. I don't know why the elder brother didn't let them eat. The other tenants couldn't stand it anymore and helped the lady to talk. As a result, there was a big quarrel in the restaurant. Later, the lady talked to the lady at the front desk to communicate, but the noodle cook still had a very bad attitude. This is truly the worst dining experience I have ever had. Hope the hotel can improve in this area.

It is across from the old Luoyang noodle shop and there are many Hanfu makeup shops in the office building. Breakfast is not missing. The TV has many channels and can be projected. Disadvantages: The sound insulation is average, and there is a bit of smell from the sewers. You need to close the toilet and turn on the ventilation. However, I stayed in two hotels, which may be in the old city, and this problem exists.

The location is excellent. There is an old Luoyang noodle shop opposite the door. The food is delicious and the crowds are crowded. You have to wait for a table when you arrive late. You can walk to Yingtianmen on the right hand side. The night view is OK and there are many attractive ladies in Hanfu. On the left hand side, you can reach Wanda Plaza 400 meters away. A few steps further is Zhoutianzi Park, etc. What’s rare is that the hotel has not increased its price as the Spring Festival approaches, making it very cost-effective.
