The hotel is actually quite good, with good sanitary facilities and free parking. The price is quite worth it, but the front desk management has some problems. When checking in, they asked me to add WeChat to send a good review template and pictures. I don't agree with this method. At least let them know first. Guests enjoy the service and facilities. The hotel elevator and room door have too much static electricity. Every time I press the elevator button, I get shocked. The tape on the button is loose and doesn't work.

The space is extremely small. The facilities are not perfect. The switches are all in one place. The hair dryer socket has no electricity. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The area is only a few square meters.

At three o'clock in the morning, I thought about my down jacket and I hadn't called yet, so I went downstairs to check and found that my down jacket was still in the washing machine. It was completely wet and the down inside was stuck together, so I planned to put it in the dryer to dry it myself. However, the hotel employee came over and said that they would help start the dryer and hang it up after drying to inform the guest. I got up at around ten o'clock and went downstairs to find that my down jacket was still in the dryer. It was still wet after being there overnight, and the down was stuck together. After I complained to Ctrip, the hotel contacted me and said that they would upgrade the room type for free next time. We all came to Luoyang for tourism, and they are really good at writing bad checks, hahaha. I went to several dry cleaners and they all said that they could only clean it the day after tomorrow. The day after tomorrow I had to go home to work, so I had no choice but to find a dry cleaner and spend more than 100 yuan to have my long down jacket cleaned expeditedly.

The bed is not zero pressure and the water from the faucet is too small. Feeling average.
