剛裝修的酒店，還有較大的味道。位置一般，吃飯要走7-800米。訂房時説含早餐，但沒説明是簡單的超市小麪包1-2個+個超市賣的鹵蛋1個+一小杯酸奶。最後一天竟然沒通知就説沒早餐了，與酒店前台説了，前台打電話給老闆才給了鹵蛋。我説要投訴。等退房時才説退回了早餐費。服務不到位不細緻。

入住四晚，一開始看重剛開業這點選擇了這家酒店，但後續發現酒店裝修不完備，管理混亂，存在以下問題：
1. 沒有空調
2. 洗水池的下水管道漏水（後更換房間）
3. 房間水壓低，無法同時使用洗手池水龍頭/浴室花灑/馬桶
4. 早餐非常簡陋，且附近沒有早餐店
5. 房間打掃不乾淨，地上還有頭髮
6. 牀頭櫃的開關是壞的，不能控制燈光
7. 不提供香皂，蚊香（第三天才要到）
8. 沒有洗衣房
9. 床咯吱作響
10. 沒有紗窗，會飄進來楊絮
11. 電話無法使用，和前台聯繫依靠微信
與此同時，這家酒店的優點在於，房間寬敞，安靜，可能是因為周圍比較荒涼。
建議後續抓緊完善基礎設施，提升服務質量。

花四百多在攜程上預訂的酒店，晚上十點多到店，被告知滿房了，不知道是攜程還是酒店搞錯了，又在前台等了半個多小時 ，好容易進房間了，可結果衹有照明電，所有的插座沒有電，等到12點才來維修，而且房間沒有空調，又累又困又冷的煎熬了一夜，早上和老闆反映，老闆説都沒有空調，而且別的房間客人還投訴連熱水也沒有，真是無語了，雖然退了二百的差價，但是來洛陽的體驗感太差了
