I'm usually lazy and don't like to give reviews, but I can say something about this store. First of all, the service in the store is very good. They were very enthusiastic when I arrived. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for the hygiene of the homestay, but it was quite clean to my surprise. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk also gave me souvenirs and free fruits. 避雷家人們 ，不要被這個酒店美麗的外表迷惑了，房間訂了以後當天11點就不能取消，而且房間入住得下午兩點以後，正常的酒店不都是12點就可以入住嗎？這不是霸王條款嗎？後來我明白了 下午14點以後入住是因為樓上的羊湯館就下班了 ，就沒有咚咚咚蹦迪的聲音了。我們是晚上玩完12點回的酒店洗刷完凌晨一點睡得，結果凌晨四點樓上就開始一直咚咚咚的響就在頭頂上，我是四點半忍不了了找的前台才知道樓上是開了三十年的羊湯館 ，這個聲音得一直持續到什麼時候？家人們對於睡眠質量不好的人這裏人都崩潰了，問店員怎麼辦？店員告訴讓我帶上耳塞吧，我説聯繫老闆吧。她説這個點老闆睡覺接不到電話，最後我問她那怎麼解決 他也沒有辦法，後來是我自己提出換個安靜的房間睡會，因為我們當天要開車跑長途至少10個小時，如果因為睡眠問題我們出來事情我想問問誰給我們負責？早晨9點退房 店員説退房把房卡放前台就行。我理解店員沒有義務去處理問題，我也沒有多説 ，出來玩我覺得休息很重要，這是給我河南旅遊最差的一個民宿，來這裏住一定謹慎選擇呀！

寶子們！這次住的酒店簡直挖到寶了！一進酒店，環境那叫一個雅緻，清新自然，讓人心情瞬間舒暢。工作人員服務超貼心，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，每個細節都照顧得妥妥當當。

Les hôtes sont super gentilles : elles nous ont offert des glaces pour le goûter et vous avez un petit endroit en libre service pour du thé, café, biscuit et clémentine : c’est très agréable.
L’hôtel est bien placé pas loin de l’ancienne ville qui est très sympa à visiter et aussi proche de l’arrêt de bus qui vous amène directement aux grottes (bus qu’elles nous ont aussi offert).
Il est aussi proche de bus et de métro.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel très propre et assez luxueux.
