Parking is inconvenient. I couldn't find the parking lot according to the navigation. I found the hotel lobby and asked for the specific location. I went around in a circle! I waited at the garage door for ten minutes but no one came to open the door! I called several times... The front desk had to contact the property again... The underground garage and elevator are extremely shabby! This building does not require a card. The elevator stops on every floor. Each floor is a different company and business place. The hotel is on the 18th and 19th floors. The management is very chaotic! The room is quite large, but the hygiene is very poor. The soles of the slippers for bathing are black! The toilet light is the first time I have seen a sensor light. It only lights up for one minute when I go in to take a shower. It automatically turns off... Then I have to turn on the sensor light repeatedly... Weird design! Clearly booked a family room! 460 yuan includes breakfast for adults and children! When I arrived at the front desk, I asked for a children's meal, thinking that our child was over 1.2 meters tall. A bowl of noodles for supper at 9:32. I called the front desk to make an appointment... They said it could be delivered at 10 o'clock... I waited all night and it was not delivered... In summary, the cost performance of this accommodation is not worth the price!

We were told in the morning that our five rooms would be on the same floor, but by the afternoon they were on different floors. The shower in the bathroom was tilted, not straight, and I had to hold the shower head with one hand to shower. I was promised a breakfast voucher for my child to skip the next day's shift, but they changed their mind. The service was terrible, and they ignored us completely. They didn't solve any problems, and simply left guests alone. The good reviews for the hotel were all earned by selling cheap snacks and drinks downstairs.

The check-out time of the high-speed rail hotel was originally 4 o'clock, and the general check-out time is 12 o'clock. The lady at the front desk extended it to 3 o'clock in the afternoon for free. It was very considerate and I was very happy and satisfied with the stay. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance

With low occupancy and cost-saving measures, I understand. But shouldn't we also inform customers in advance? I felt like I was being tricked. We already knew there would be no breakfast, so why were we given meal vouchers? We booked two rooms, and breakfast for four was delivered. And thank you for the 2023 bottle of mineral water!

因為服務態度好，房間大， 小物品仔細貼心，所以評分中上。 硬傷的是電梯， 跟大堂分離， 沒有空調， 跟外界共用（ 有些樓層不屬於酒店）。非常擁擠和熱，也不安全， 實際也不需要刷卡就能到房門。過户走廊也是沒有空調的，河南將近40 度的天氣。 房間衞生/ 床褥/毛巾尚可，早餐餐廳偏小種類尚可。 符合三星。

之前我媽媽她們過來旅遊住的這裏，我媽説不錯然後我也選擇了這裏。 房間比較乾淨，拖鞋也乾淨，床都是乾爽的。衞生間給配了消毒紙巾。洗漱用品質量也可以。有智能家居可以控制窗簾和燈等。 室內空調位置在門口往窗户吹，比較舒適不會有對着人吹的感覺。床的軟硬剛好。 每一天都會有人過來清理衞生，及時補充洗漱用品。 晚上有“深夜一碗麪”，雞蛋番茄和香菇肉。吃了番茄的，無功無過好在健康。 服務人員的服務特別好，幾乎是有求必應有問必答。一樓有自助的水果，飲料和小零食。 早餐去的晚一點點也不會有“吃剩菜”的感覺，都是及時補食物。喜歡餐廳的牛肉湯泡葱花餅。 外賣會有機器人送到房間。 整體體驗都比較好，會跟來玩的人推薦。
