Amazing room and service! The internet speed was pretty good too - I was able to attend a zoom conference and present without any issues. Most importantly, the hotel staffs are extremely helpful! Highly recommended!

A nice place for holidays! Buffet in their restaurant was the best thing I’ve ever had. Not too spicy but still tasty tho. Wonderful service at front desk and comfortable room with nice decorations. Great!

The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was great for dinning but not too good for breakfast. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were great.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and a beautiful hotel. As a non-mandarin speaker this hotel did absolutely everything to help me, bringing the wifi password to my room at 1am, letting me check out a few hours later for my train, and even speaking some English when I arrived. Really made me feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Winnie at the front desk, and a very kind housekeeping lady, who helped me get back into my room affer I had left it before extending my late check out.

One of the best (if not THE best) hotels during my 13-day trip in China. Great breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, big room. Loved it.

Would definitely recommend Ramada By Wyndham in Luoyang. The hotel location is good, making it easy to get around. Room was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Emily in making sure my departure went smoothly. My only suggestion would be for non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms to be located on different sides of the floor or on separate floors - while my room was non-smoking, I found cigarette smoke coming into the room from people smoking around, which is unhealthy and unpleasant. Overall I had a great stay.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Special thank you to Cuixia Xu for the soothing chrysanthemum tea and client manager Xiao Xin for taking care of us so well during our stay.

Amazing stay at Ramada Hotel Luoyang. Conveniently located next to the shopping mall as well as many attractions nearby. The service and room was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance
