This is a great hotel! It's conveniently located right next to the subway entrance. The room was well-prepared with fresh fruit and yogurt. Although it's an older hotel, you can tell they've put a lot of thought and effort into it. They even managed to set up a laundry area with automatic washers and dryers, which shows that the hotel management truly considers their guests' needs. The overall service at the hotel is excellent, especially the front desk staff, particularly Ms. He. Before booking, I called to inquire about the hotel and local Luoyang attractions, and Ms. He answered the phone. We had many detailed questions and the call was quite long, but she never showed any impatience. Instead, she answered all our questions very thoroughly. This is actually why we chose to stay at Xinyouyi Hotel. When we arrived, she was also the one who checked us in. She came across as genuinely warm and enthusiastic, and conversing with her felt as natural as talking to family. She even gave us a souvenir and Luoyang's Haibi soda, which was a lovely touch. We are very satisfied with Xinyouyi Hotel and will definitely come back again. We'll also recommend it to our friends and family!

The environment is nice, and it's very clean. Most importantly, the location is super convenient, just two or three stops from Yingtian Gate Station on Line 1. The facilities are great too.

The room's amenities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They provided fruit and yogurt daily. We booked a family room, and on the first day, it had anime-themed bedding. On the second day, seeing that our child was a bit older, they thoughtfully changed the bed. They even offered laundry detergent when they saw we were doing laundry, and provided more facial towels when they noticed we were using them. The pick-up and drop-off service was also very efficient. Plus, there were handwritten cards, which was a lovely touch. This level of attentive service is quite rare. If I have friends visiting Luoyang, I'll definitely recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised! The price was about 60% of what the Friendship Hotel next door charged, maybe I got some kind of discount. They offer free shuttle service to the airport and high-speed rail station, and if the shuttle is full, they'll reimburse your taxi fare. The hotel rooms are new, they provide complimentary fruit, and you can even get free Haibi Luoyang soda at the front desk – there are three flavors, but the lemon one is the best. They even have self-service laundry, though the drying time is a bit long. Very satisfied! 👍

Good location, just 5 minutes walk to the metro. The room service is commendable and thoughtful - provide us additional 2 toothpaste tubes after leaving a note in the room stating that she noticed we do not have enough toothpaste left. We were also greatly appreciated that the hotel honour the one way compliment service to the high speed railway station with a sincere send off by, we believe is a duty manager. Overall we are very satisfied with our 2 nights stay in this friendly hotel.

This hotel truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of its operation. While the facilities might not be top-notch, their dedication to service is absolutely commendable. For instance, at breakfast, I casually mentioned to my companion that the soy milk was a bit bland. A passing staff member overheard me and immediately reported it to the restaurant manager. The manager personally tasted it, confirmed my feedback, and rectified the issue right away. When I was leaving after breakfast, the manager personally saw me off and even presented me with a gift!

Room 801, a south-facing corner room, was generally very good. The only issue was the terrible soundproofing! The people next door were even playing their square dancing music loudly, yet they complained that we were talking too loudly in our room! Should the hotel offer earplugs to guests? Or maybe an award for those who go to bed early and wake up early! The tea set was a nice touch. Having a south-facing room with sunlight was very comfortable!

Came to Luoyang for New Year's Day to meet up with my childhood friend, and this place was great. It's right next to Peony Plaza, and there's a subway entrance downstairs, which was super convenient. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and it was my first night in China - ever. And they assisted me in paying for my taxi fare using wechat pay. The next day, it was raining and they offered me an umbrella but I thankfully had one myself. Then I needed to head to my next destination and the three staff were all willing to assist and were very friendly.

Nice location, nice service. Subway station is just outside of the building. I am very happy for my stay there.

Delightful Chinese run hotel in an excellent location. Warm welcome and a large room on the 9th floor. Decent breakfast. There is a metro station right outside and lively local shops and restaurants of all kinds.

If you need a hotel located next to a metro station, this is the right hotel. The hotel has friendly staff and good breakfast.
