The reception staffs were excellent they attained to all my requests patiently and helpfully. The supply of bottled water is no limit. They also helped us to arrange a day trip tour before our arrival and the trip was wonderful and meaningful. The only setback of the hotel was the water supply in the shower room was not stable, the water suddenly turn very hot or cold.

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

I browsed many hotels before choosing this one. The online reviews are very high. After checking in, it really meets my expectations. First of all, it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the attractions. The staff will send you travel guides in advance and send you daily breakfast in the evening. It is very considerate. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Lijing Gate Scenic Area, Shizi Street, and Luoyi Ancient City, and it's an easy walk without getting tired. There’s plenty of street food, including lots of hotpot places, right at the hotel entrance. The street leading to the hotel is an old-style road, so it might be a bit inconvenient to roll your suitcase, but only for a short distance. It's less than a 3-minute walk to the metro station. The hotel provides free drinking water and yogurt on the ground floor. There’s no elevator, but the hotel seems to have only two floors. The room is clean, though the floor felt a bit dusty, possibly due to the nearby street and some ongoing construction in the area. The reception isn’t staffed 24/7—when I checked out at 6 a.m., no one was there. Still, the staff were very helpful despite limited English skills. Overall, it’s a great place, especially for those who enjoy strolling around and trying local food.

Facilities: Neat and comprehensive. I worry about clothes not drying when I go out. This hotel has a dryer and the cleaning is very timely. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet, less than 1 km from the subway, and far away from the city Service: The service is very good. The lady at the front desk, Liang, is very gentle. Xiaoxiao and Yanzi helped us answer many questions. They also told us that we can rent Hanfu for free with only a deposit. Service: Special thanks to the uncle at the door. He was very considerate and even went to the door to help guide us in case we didn’t know how to get to the subway. PS: If you need takeout, you must be sure to locate it accurately. There are two locations. Don't order the one called Guohua Road store, which is Yizhi Hotel.

Beautiful environment, new Chinese decoration, the most important thing is close to the ancient city of Luoqi, good service, comfortable living.

They answer all questions and actively solve problems. They are friendly. There is a very docile dog in the store. It doesn't run around or yell. It lies down like Ge You most of the day. Hahaha, it's so well behaved. Environment: There is free drinking water in the store. Downstairs is the Lijingmen Tower and the Sancai Ceramics Museum. Walking in is the food street. The subway station is a few hundred meters away. The transportation is very convenient.

The accommodation conditions at Shen Shen Courtyard B&B in Gulou are particularly good. When traveling to Luoyang with my children, I chose a B&B that is convenient for travel. It is not far from the subway station, Drum Tower, Cross Street, Minzhu Lane, Lijing Gate, Yingtian Gate, the Grand Canal Museum, etc. The accommodation is clean and tidy, with a strong log style, which the children like very much. The room we chose is not big, but the whole house is equipped with Xiaodu smart home, which I am very satisfied with. The sound insulation in the room is also good. The boss was very enthusiastic and provided a lot of help. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will choose here again.

You can have a room with an amazing view to the newly renovated historic town gate which is illuminated at night. The location is very good, you have a lot of options to eat and explore one of the oldest Chinese cities which used to be the capital. The breakfast is included. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly,

Hotel location is really good Lijingmen out of the right hand side is more than ten meters away from the cross street Luoyi Ancient City and Yingtianmen is almost one kilometer away. The decoration style is also completely what I like. The simple and modern bathroom and the bathroom are separated. This is quite good. The room we live in is close. The big road will have the sound of the racing party at night. A little suggestion is that the design of the hotel's sink is a bit unreasonable. The water is particularly easy to get to the floor.
