Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

The deepest feeling of this stay is: warmth! And this is largely due to Xiaobai, an employee of the guest department. She does not just follow the procedures, but really serves with her heart. Whenever I meet her in the hotel, she always greets me with a sincere smile and asks about my stay. Her presence makes the hotel no longer a cold building, but a homely one. Xiaobai is a treasure employee of your hotel! Her service made this trip particularly wonderful, and it is definitely a five-star praise! I will definitely look for her next time!

The hotel is at the entrance of Luoyi ancient town and only few minutes to the subway station and the street food.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

The hotel is located in the city gate of Lijingmen. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a snack street below the hotel. Since I have a baby, I usually don't stay in a homestay because I am afraid it is not clean. Liyin and Guang are in good condition and are as clean as regular hotels. In addition, the front desk staff Juanjuan is also very enthusiastic. She also helped to take care of the baby for a while and sent a raw coconut latte. There are snacks and yogurt when I return to the hotel at night. It is worth recommending.

First of all, the hotel is very close to Wangcheng Park Station of Metro Line 1. It is very convenient to go downstairs to various attractions! Secondly, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, giving people a comfortable and warm feeling. The family room we booked, the room and bathroom are very large, the children like it very much! In particular, the service is mentioned. The hotel has laundry and drying. We went to Longmen Grottoes on the first day and came back very late. The hotel helped us wash and dry the wet clothes at night. It was all good at breakfast the next day, which was very convenient and satisfactory. They also specially prepared a shoe dryer in the room, solved our troubles, thank you very much! Next time I travel, I will choose Atour.

After checking in, I found that there were free fruits every day, which made me feel warm. The service of the front desk lady is even better, warm and thoughtful. Any questions can be answered patiently, and she will recommend interesting attractions and subway stations around. The snack street downstairs is very lively, and it is close to large shopping malls. It is a one-stop shop for eating, drinking and having fun. I will come again next time!

Hotel with great location and great service from all staffs. Staffs are also helpful and attentive. The room is comfy and with a nice outdoor sitting area. During evening, the staffs will also texted us for evening desserts/supper to be served at our convenience upon our return into our room. Not much choices for breakfast and daily dishes are almost the same without any changes.

Blue Water Bay is really great 🎉 Originally, the concert venue was very remote, and I was very worried about how to return to the hotel's security problems. As a result, they were responsible for the pick-up and drop-off, which completely solved the worries. The hotel environment is good, the staff is very friendly, in short, this time I came to Luoyang and I had a good impression. If I still come to see the concert next time, I will definitely choose Blue Water Bay.
