I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

The hotel location s is absolutely the best place in Longmen grottoes. You’ll enjoy a complimentary tea with the grottoes right in front of you! The hotel staffs are kind and accommodating. One are is the sound proofing of the room which is somewhat annoying when someone’s moving in/out of the elevator or room. Overall is best experience.

The subway is nearby, which is convenient for travel. There are also some restaurants around. The front desk service attitude is very good. The room was fully booked on the first day. We made a note to upgrade the room for free on the second day. We were also allowed to view the room and choose the orientation we like. The housekeeper Wang Yaohua also sent the items left in the guest room after check-out according to the date I needed. Thank you very much! The downside of the hotel is that many rooms are old and the quality of the new decoration is flawed. I hope to improve the decoration as soon as possible. The quality and variety of breakfast are not worthy of the beautiful revolving restaurant. It is only suitable for vegetarians. There is only one coffee machine, which is always out of order. I didn't drink a cup of freshly ground coffee in three days. The hotel is the pick-up point for the Laojun Mountain tourist bus, which is super convenient to take. What's more, the hotel restaurant will prepare breakfast for guests to take away in advance, including soy milk, eggs, and buns of several flavors, which are enough for brunch on Laojun Mountain.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

The most impressive thing is the big umbrella on the roof, and the various decorations are very unique. The toothbrush is not disposable, but a Sanxiao toothbrush sold in the supermarket. The toothpaste is from Heimei. Although it is also in a small bottle, it is much larger than the ones in ordinary hotels. It is no problem to brush five or six times. The shower is also very easy to use, and the hot water comes out quickly and the water volume is large. The front desk service is also very good. When I left, I was given a Luoyang specialty snack, which is very thoughtful. The hotel also has a station delivery service, which sent us directly to the high-speed rail station when we left. The service is very thoughtful! The only regret is that although the TV is very large, you need to recharge VIP to watch movies, and you can't cast the screen. I don't know if this business can improve in the future. I personally think that there won't be many people who recharge, so it's better to let customers cast their own screens to increase customer favorability.
