The lobby service manager is very enthusiastic and helpful in arranging the car to the mountain and explaining the things on the mountain. The hotel restaurant has few choices for food, basically only hot pot, but the breakfast provided is very suitable for me. Overall, I am very satisfied!

A hotel package is more cost-effective than buying it separately. The hotel room is very large, with a small sofa, office desk and chair, and a balcony. You can stay the night before the tour and drive half an hour after breakfast to the scenic spot. You still have to buy a large package, which saves you a lot of walking. It is not recommended for children and elders to climb to the top. The last 700 meters are difficult to climb and the wind is very strong. It is still a sense of accomplishment to reach the top of the sedan. My calves are still hurting after being back for a few days!

This is the ticket for the snow mountain in a sedan chair, otherwise it is really not worth the price. The water in the bathroom is hot and cold at times, making it difficult to take a shower. The ceiling is semi-removable (pictures are shown) and it is difficult to take a shower if you are not careful. It was about to be smashed, so the waiter said to call the engineering staff to repair it. It took more than thirty minutes. The child took off his clothes and waited for more than half an hour, and he wanted to get angry! There was a layer of dust everywhere. I really don’t know how this hotel is managed.

The hotel is large and stylish, and the facilities are all new. The rooms and hotel environment are clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. There were also fireworks at night. The only drawback is that the breakfast items are a bit simple and the hotel is not well prepared. I arrived at the restaurant before eight o'clock, and there were quite a lot of people. Although there were still many empty seats, there were obviously not enough service staff. Many tables were not cleared in time, and there was a lot of empty food, which was too late to be filled. What's also strange is that there are four shampoos in the bathroom but no others. Is it because the hotel is out of stock or the waiter was negligent?

The facilities are very complete, the parking lot is large and there is an underground garage. Everything in the room is available. It is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. If you go there early, it will be closed after 9 o'clock. It is cleaner and more comfortable than some 4.5-star hotels in the city. The included Jiaozi Mountain package is a great value. The disadvantage is that there are too many people on holidays, which makes you tired of waiting and crowded. It is recommended to go early or avoid the peak period.

Beyond imagination. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The water is very big and very hot. The breakfast was also quite delicious. The outside environment is also very beautiful. And the package is very cost-effective, with countless trips back and forth within two days. We skied one day and climbed the mountain the other.

The hotel is very large, but it was a bit dirty when I checked in on New Year's Day. The sheets and duvet covers were probably not changed, and the floor was not cleaned. Is it just a matter of simply making a bed? When I lifted the quilt, I saw a particularly long hair, hair on the pillow, and fruit and snack crumbs on the carpet. I contacted the front desk, and after waiting for more than ten minutes, the cleaning staff came and said to me, "I'm too busy today, please change the pillowcase for me." It was shocking! After refusing, he said, "I'll clean the floor later." I really can't understand what concept this is.

The room in the west is very nice for checking in in the afternoon. I took the initiative to ask for children's slippers, and the store was satisfied. There are bonfire folk dances in the evening, and during the Spring Festival, firecrackers and fireworks can be set off in the parking lot. Very good stay experience 👍
