The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic! They also helped arrange transportation with a driver. I highly recommend this place!!

The service at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! We chose Manxin Mansion because we were traveling with elderly family members, and although it was a bit pricier, their dedicated shuttle service completely solved our transportation issues in Guling Town, seamlessly connecting with the scenic area's shuttle buses. We're especially grateful to the hotel because my elderly relative forgot important medication, and the courier only delivered it to a station at the foot of the mountain. The hotel arranged for a staff member to pick up the package and bring it up to us, which was a huge relief in a critical moment. We will definitely stay at Manxin Mansion again next time we visit Lushan. Lushan is truly wonderful!

The room features fully automated facilities, including a touchless automatic flushing toilet with a wonderfully warm seat, which was incredibly comfortable after a day of hiking in the mountains. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Once you get used to it, you won't want to switch hotels. Highly recommended. The service was exceptional. The manager was very understanding and provided many conveniences. For us hiking enthusiasts, having them pick us up from dinner every night and take us back to the hotel was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel so welcome, especially when the temperatures dropped at night in the mountains.

Seriously, just book this place with your eyes closed! Madarin Hotel (Manxin) definitely lives up to its chain reputation – it's reliable, hassle-free, and reassuring. The service is top-notch, the care is thoughtful, and every aspect was absolutely perfect, not a single flaw. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. I've already recommended it to all my friends visiting Lushan!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The hotel shuttle was on call and responded within basically 2 minutes. There's no delivery service in Guling Town, but you can order Gu Ming/KFC online and have the driver pick it up for you 😂. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Minor downsides: The shower gel in the bathroom was low and not refilled; the variety of supper and breakfast wasn't extensive (though I can't complain about the free supper).

The Manxin Hotel Guling Town has an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Guling Street, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel facilities are modern, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. What really stood out was the service; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there's a free shuttle service, which saved us a lot of hassle. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offer free late-night snacks. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended!
