Visited Lushan in cold wintry conditions in December and was fortunate enough to have booked this hotel which was warm and comfortable, as well as conveniently located. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Complimentary transfer to the nearby Cableway was a very welcome perk. Overall would certainly recommend this hotel!

Small room, smoking everywhere, at lobby, hallways, elevator. It’s a nonsmoking hotel but have ashtray inside our room. Haha.

The room was small but clean. Located right at the main street entrance, the terrace overlooks the entire street. Huiyuan Road Station is right at the entrance, making it a great base for those who've been hiking for a day. The cable car station shuttle service is also available.

I came to Lushan for a few days, thinking that the newly opened hotel would be clean, but I didn't expect it to be so disappointing. In addition to its excellent location, the hotel has no other advantages. One night, the noise outside sounded like a tractor, and the sound insulation was extremely poor, even though the windows were closed. Moreover, it was completely different from the pictures I booked. I saw a sofa in the pictures, but the room I stayed in didn't have one. The bathroom smelled musty, and there was a bug on the sheets as soon as I walked in. I really couldn't bear to complain. I didn't sleep well all night, and I decisively changed hotels today.

It's next to Huiyuan Station, close to everything. It was quite cold during the Chinese New Year, but the floor heating was very warm and the hot water was very strong. It was very comfortable to take a shower. However, the room was quite small. The breakfast was varied.

Today, because the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, the hotel staff asked us to park in another lot. As a result, someone drew on our car with a marker. If you have a private car, it's recommended to contact parking in advance. The hotel is quite short on parking spaces, and parking elsewhere isn't guaranteed to be safe. If you have a private car, please contact parking in advance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Also, if you need breakfast, it's recommended to book a room with breakfast included in advance, as it's more expensive to order breakfast separately.

After checking in, I went to visit the attractions. In the evening I turned on the air conditioner when I got back. After washing up, I found that the air conditioner was not cooling. I called the front desk after ten o'clock, but it was still not resolved at twelve o'clock. They said that the maintenance technician was down the mountain and there was nothing they could do. First, they arranged for the hotel technician to check the equipment. In the end, they just We were given a fan to make do with. We had children with us. The adults could hold on by blowing the fan, but the children were worried about catching a cold. Our appeal was very simple. The air conditioner was broken and we were asked to change rooms. The hotel told us that there was no room. Such a big hotel did not have a spare room. I was speechless. Finally, we complained to Ctrip to refund our order, and we were told that the hotel did not agree. , we persisted like this for one night, almost without much sleep, which greatly affected our schedule for the next day.

Although there were some hygiene issues, the store manager handled them in a timely and professional manner. The perfection of this trip to Lushan was all due to the support of the hotel. The morning on the hotel terrace showed that the hotel business was booming!
