住第一晚時对此酒店的印象很不錯，裝修時尚，房間寬敞。但繼續住的時候，有一段頗嚇人的經历。晚上睡覺前發現牀边的牆壁近天花版的边有很多很细的昆虫爬來爬去。因己很夜唔想換房，而我的先生个子高，他便用毛巾压死了多只，嚇人的是部分有血！更嚇人的是以為清理乾淨了，但馬上又多一批小昆虫從近天花板的牆边爬出來，如是者压死超過一百只！ 為此折騰個多兩個小時，近凌晨兩時才可以睡。幸而最後發現將空調調低至18 度，這些小壞旦才不爬出來，才可安心睡覺。凌晨一時多致電夜班服務員，第二天也告訴前台，並將以下相片和錄影發给酒店的微信，收到回覆己通知客房部，會特別留意這房間。第二天早上發現牆壁仍有不少被压死的昆虫之血跡！
我和先生去過國内和世界各地不同地方，住過不同檔次的酒店，從來未遇過這種問題！
酒店旁边多是頗舊的房屋，亦多處有破爛或雜物，與酒店的時尚有很大的对比。週圉亦多樹木，有大量小昆虫爬進來不為奇！

沒想到一來到這家酒店就有到家的感覺。在辦理入住手續時，熱情的老闆和店員就遞上熱茶。房間乾淨整潔，窗外風景如畫。早餐豐富可口。臨離開酒店時，不僅送了一個精美的禮盒，老闆和店員還送到停車場。廬山的風景怡人，但該酒店熱情更令人難忘。再見了，廬山牯嶺我的曙光鉑悦之家。

1.風格:很乾凈的簡約風酒店，設備齊全，有洗衣機烘乾機，可以找前台要小朋友的拖鞋。
2.優點:停車場很大，停車很方便，可以停10來部車，自駕優選，那邊很多酒店沒有停車的地方。
3.缺點:離吃飯的地方需要走10分鐘左右，不太遠，可以接受。
4.服務:服務員態度很好，有地圖和各種行程建議，離店還送了伴手禮，現在伴手禮是老大的最愛，小童拖鞋是老二的最愛。

一進大堂，裝修精緻大氣，香氛淡雅宜人，前台辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹各項服務，尤其是陳女士熱情介紹旅遊景點和線路。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟，一躺下就像被雲朵包裹，浴室備品品質高。
酒店餐廳早餐豐富。位置也很優越，出行時酒店還給約車到觀光車站。這是來廬山旅遊的絕佳酒店 下次還來！

這次入住廬山曙光鉑悦酒店的體驗簡直太棒了！從前台辦理入住開始，就感受到了十足的温暖。前台小姐姐笑容超有感染力，辦理手續迅速又專業，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務 ，有問必答，讓初來乍到的，心裏特別踏實。
酒店地理位置好，緊鄰牯嶺街繁華街，房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨又舒適，床品柔軟，因沒算好時間導致早上提前退房，結果從廬山下來後渾身濕冷，前台小姐姐得知後又特意給我們開了一間房臨時休息和洗漱，真是太感動了！超級感謝！這次難忘的住宿體驗，離不開酒店的優質環境，更離不開前台小姐姐的暖心服務，真心點贊！
