地理位置優越，性價比超高，離廬陽廣場不遠，離秀峯，觀音橋，白鹿洞書院都不遠。老闆很熱情，還帶我們去六樓看廬山瀑布。美中不足的是。自來水水很小。洗澡的時候都是熱水，比較費勁。我看有住客在2022年就反映過相同的問題，希望老闆能重視起來。可能是設施老舊問題。

雖然裝修有點久，但老闆管理的很好，很用心，最讓我意外的是洗衣曬衣服非常方便。

1、是同等價位同等檔次的賓館中算是最好的
2、公共區域整潔乾淨，比較新。
3、房間衞生一般，傢俱一般，電器較新。
