入住時發現衞生間放置衞生紙的託盤上有灰塵，房間的沙發上有很多以前客人留下的很多頭髮，衞生堪憂。酒店離漂流很近，風景很漂亮，入住睡眠時很安靜，早餐很豐富。院子裏的游泳池沒水。

環境是真的好，就在漂流入口，房間露台對面就是滿山綠色，去大峽谷很方便，很適合帶長者孩子出遊，因為大峽谷裏徒步不需要爬山，唯一的不足是餐飲水平差強人意，早餐中規中矩，晚餐的燒烤肉串竟然是涼的！明顯是先烤好再加熱，可選菜品種類也很有限，因為懶得去周邊農家樂就餐，連着吃了兩碗，唯二好評送給盧氏小炒和燉土雞，另外如果去松鹿谷就是以前的豫西百草園有定點兒觀光車就好了，松鹿谷停車不方便，松鹿谷裏東北地鍋雞那家的槐花餃子真好吃！

房間的價格跟配套真的不成正比，感覺不值，特別是餐廳服務，早餐1.1的孩子要收費，1.2的孩子全價收費，住了這麼多酒店第一次聽説，不是説早餐價格貴不貴，真的讓人心裏不舒服，其他的都跟自助一樣的，覺得最多值200多價位

這個價位的酒店衞生能那麼差，真的不知道怎麼關管理的，我們早上入住，下午就直接退房了，不是床上贓就是下水道堵的，水全部溢出來，真心跟農家樂一樣，也就跟農家樂一樣！

前台的漂亮妹妹服務非常熱情，給我們免費升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，超大的露台視野開闊，遠山含水，景色宜人。酒店的配套也很完善，孩子們的遊戲區，露天泳池！小朋友和長者都很開心！

前台小姐姐服務好，酒店地理位置優越，就在大峽谷入口跟前，房間整潔，早上被鳥叫聲叫醒，彷彿置身在森林裏，早飯也好吃

酒店很好，值得推薦。
首先房間大氣，非常乾淨，服務人員熱情，送了水果，早餐孩子哭鬧，很用心折了氣球小狗，瞬間帶娃輕鬆了
其次，停車場大很方便，早餐也不錯，品種多，胡辣湯正宗是我愛喝的
