Travelodge Luton

very poor curtains, traffic wakes you up at 03 00 am, no blackout, no reply to my complaint. to reception and letter and head office, with a genuine complaint, i have requested management to view the rooms, after midnight to see for them self that the rooms that face the main road are not in darkness, headlights from the passing traffic shine through into the room above the curtains continuessly ,, unable to get back to sleep, which resulted in the worst nights sleep i have ever had, and made to suffer the following day, management do not respond and dont give a ***k we have your money, too bad about that.

We stayed here as a group of 12 for a family wedding as the location was close to the venue. The hotel is situated in the grounds of a hospital. People were getting lost for appointments and checking in for their hospital appointments at reception. I am unsure but it felt like people possibly lived in the hotel also. There was nursing staff in uniforms walking around the building quite a lot of the time also. Felt very bizarre being in a hotel or used as part of the hospital. The hotel was very dated. Room was clean and bed was clean and comfy. Shower was awful. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was okay. I would not stay here again!

Staff was very helpful 🙂 atmosphere was good .... I feel like home 🏡 there . I prefer to stay there's instead of any where into luton.... I can't living in Nottingham but whenever I visited luton I always stay there in travelogue luton dunstable road.

After a little stressful time in the afternoon with a mix up of bookings, Dimy was polite absolutely fantastic, welcoming and sorting out our issues imediately. The girl in the bar was great , entertaining when me and my friend came for a drink in the evening. Very welcoming by the team with the room being amazing. Cheers guys for making a stressful time seem relaxing.

Great castomer service reception team very welcoming, food on breakfast very testy, room was clean, Teresa from house keeping very helpful. Loveky cocktails and delicious dinner, e lot parking spaces. I feld comfy and safe. Thank you travelodge team.
