Zeer vriendelijke bediening. We kozen uiteraard voor de Schnitzel. Heel lekker gegeten voor een democratische prijs. De jeugdige obers zijn heel alert en voornaam. De kneipe gaat over in het restaurant. alles past hier samen. Hier komen we zeker terug.

In december 2022 in het hotel heel fijn ontvangen met een mooie kaner in het hotel en lekker eten. Helaas ging het anders de t****e keer. Onze boeking voor die specifieke kamer was toegezegd maar bij aankomst kregen wij een appartement in de Annex Klara. Mooi aan dit appartement is het balkon, maar het interieur is jaren 70 zie foto's. Geen hotelbelevenis zoals wij dit eerder kregen en mochten verwachten en waarvoor wij geboekt hadden. Wij houden niet van gezeur op een bestemming dus jammer om te merken dat dit hier wel nodig is. Nog steeds is het HP arrangement goed. Vriendelijke mensen. Maar vraag goed na waar je kamer is im teleurstelling te voorkomen. Voor ons was het verblijf hier net voldoende.

Zum zweiten Mal mit einer Gruppe Motorrad-Begeisterte da gewesen. Bekam wieder das gleiche Einzelzimmer. Und: der Hotelier sagt mir sofort, es sei gemütlicher geworden und vollständig renoviert sowie neue Möbel und Bett inklusive Matratze. Wirklich klasse! Sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt! Mein positiver Eindruck setzte sich auch bei den Buffets fort. Mir scheint, dass einneuer Koch dort die Regie führt. Auch sehr gut! Komme gern mit der Gruppe wieder, was ich auch den "Leitenden" der Gruppe schon gesagt habe.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Aardige mensen. Mooie kamer. En erg lekker eten. Lutzerath ligt centraal in de Eifel. Er is hier echt heel veel te zien en te wandelen. De koud watergeyser in Wallenborn vonden wij een topper. Maar ook de vele bronnen met drinkwater met goede krachten voor de gezondheid. De wandelingen rond de vulkaanmeren. Dr lavabommen. Hotel restaurant Maas in Lutzerath is echt een hele goede plek om de Vulkaneifel te ontdekken.

Prima hotel ,hadden een mooi appartement met alles op en aan .Heel vriendelijke uitbater zeker zelf niet vies van werken, droeg onze valies nog tevoren naar ons appatement.Het eten, ontbijt zowel als avondeten was gewoon fantatisch ,wij gaan zeker terug
