Very convenient location and clean facility. Easy access from/to Lux airport, multiple stops for public transportation nearby, good restaurants and grocery stores around. Highly recommended.

I have to change my schedule to Luxembourg due to unexpected train delays, i have tried to negotiate with hotel for cancel my reservation, and I would be fined partly. however the hotel didn’t give any compromise.

This hotel is highly recommended. You must book a room with a view. You can see the beautiful scenery of the entire Luxembourg Valley. The room is also very large and looks very new. It is indeed a high-end brand hotel among the five-star hotels of the Accor Group. The breakfast area has a 360-degree view of the scenery without dead ends, and the breakfast is very rich. It is the most satisfactory one among several hotels in Belgium and the Netherlands. The location may be average because we didn't go out to visit much. Because we went out, the driver directly sent us to the old town to play.

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

I couldn't be happier to have chosen this hotel for the weekend in this wonderful city. Both the city and the hotel exceeded all expectations. I must say that all the hotel staff are extremely polite and attentive. The hotel has an old-fashioned style, but it is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location of the hotel is perfect. A perfect 10 out of 10!

I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

I like the Mercure brand very much. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very new. The bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is rich and pretty good. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was good, providing a variety of options to start the day on a positive note. I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were well-maintained and adequate for my workout routines. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, conveniently accessible via Luxembourg's free transport network. This made getting around the city a breeze I was also pleased with the early check-in option, which made my arrival smooth and convenient. The toiletries provided added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. The TV with English channels was appreciated, making it easy to unwind with familiar programming. However, I did find the pool to be a bit too busy during my stay, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better, perhaps by implementing a booking system or extending the pool hours. All in all, my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton, Luxembourg, was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others.

Walking distance from the airport which is a plus. But you can hear all the planes take off/land. Noisy. The hotel needs to be renovated. My room had a wall with stains and mold. The restaurant food is mediocre.
