You get the feeling that this hotel will be a bit old-fashioned but in fact the rooms, with their bathrooms and little kitchen units, feel nice and fresh. Madame at reception was friendly and helpful, and we were comfortable. There is no dedicated or secure parking but on-street parking adjacent is free. We don't usually have an hotel breakfast but here the 'express' breakfast - drink, juice and croissant - was just right. It's not too far to walk into the main street to find a restaurant. The only downside was the unreliability of the wi-fi. The building is a great example of France's late 19th/early 20th century Belle Epoque architecture which flourished when these spa towns were at the height of their popularity, and it's sad to see other buildings of the period nearby in such a run-down condition - or in one case burnt out.

Nous sommes venues en tant que curiste, avec ma mère et y avons passé 3 semaines que nous avons fortement appréciées. Le nouveau directeur a été d'une attention exceptionnelle nous concernant. D'abord en venant nous chercher à la gare ( à plus d'une heure de l'hôtel) en voiture, suite à une galère de train, ensuite en s'occupant de nos courses et enfin en ayant plein de petites attentions pour nous tout au long du séjour. Le personnel est également très à l'écoute : que ce soit Marie, au restaurant de l'hôtel (très bon, par ailleurs), Thomas, Manuel ou Illona à la réception ou Dani, la femme de chambre, nous avons toujours été traitées avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme. L'hôtel, de style art nouveau, a beaucoup de charme. Des rénovations sont prévues prochainement ainsi que l'ouverture prochaine d'un spa sur place, ce qui rendra le lieu encore plus agréable. Enfin, il est idéalement situé en face des Thermes et de la rue principale de la ville. Un hôtel à ne pas rater si vous êtes de passage à Luxeuil.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel 3 étoiles mais qui n'en mérite que 2. L'ensemble est vétuste. Les chambres sont vieilles, sombres et sans aucune décoration. La douche est extrêment étroite. Par contre, l'ensemble est propre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus.

Tout était parfait à savoir l'accueil en amont téléphonique à la réservation puis l'accueil physique et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Très professionnel cela fait plaisir de sentir que le client est respecté et écouté. Au niveau de la rénovation on peut voir que le cachet d'origine a bien été respecté l'architecture d'origine, une vraie réussite. La chambre est spacieuse et d'époque très lumineuse vue sur parc , un havre de paix, très calme selon nos souhaits. La literie est excellente. La propreté et la fonctionnalité du logement est à signaler avec son coin cuisine et produits d'arrivée pour l'entretien. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de pouvoir apprécier le bar cosy ni le copieux petit-déjeuner car nous devions nous rendre pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits à un salon professionnel. Nous espérons revenir prochainement et pourquoi pas le temps d'une cure thermale à 2 pas de la Résidence. Encore bravo pour tout. Sandrine et Olivier

Passati da Contrex e da Vittel, conosciute per la loro acqua, ma cittadine piuttosto deserte, siamo arrivati a Luxeuil-les-Bains. Anche qua poco movimento anche se era appena passato il tour de France delle donne. Abbiamo trovato questo bellissimo e incantevole hotel, camera con colazione per 101 euro in due. Accolti con calore, ottima colazione, zona tranquillissima. Lo consigliamo.

Nous avions une Wonderbox avec cet établissement en partenaire. Lorsque la direction a su que nous allions payer avec une Wonderbox, ils ont d'abord refusé notre réservation, puis ont essayé de nous forcer à payer une seconde nuit à tarif plein. J'appelle cela de la publicité mensongère. Ce n'est ni professionnel, ni commerçant. Nous avons alerté Wonderbox et avons fini par réserver (sans aucun problème) un autre établissement de la box.

Etablissement de belle époque très bien restauré avec tout le confort attendu de la modernité. La propriétaire est là pour accéder à vos demandes avec une grande gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est d'excellente qualité et ultra copieux, incluant même des bonbons ! Un excellent plan pour se rendre au centre thermal situé en face. Parking gratuit à disposition. Nous espérons bien revenir.
