昨天下午那個前台服務態度太垃圾了，最近經常住，昨天開的這個房有問題了然後跟前台説，反而不是解決問題而是往客人身上攔，剛開好房洗澡室門爛了把別人鎖在裏面了，要求換房間，還理直氣壯需要我自己出錢再開一間，説衹要進去了就不可以換房，讓我們自己承擔前台，還笑嘻嘻上次人鎖裏面了需要兩個人才開的開，還説哪裡弄濕了，換不了房間，進去了就換不了，一會又説這個床動過，還好沒動過，看見打攜程客服電話才同意換的，不然都不會給換，而且換的房間還不是訂的那個，還小着一點，樓下換上樓上有一樣的房間不給，偏偏給小的！還死不承認！🌶︎🐔

大晚上的天花板一個紅點一個綠點射着床頭怎麼睡？更奇葩的是那房屋設計，窗簾是智能的，窗子靠着走廊，一個誤操作大晚上的就把窗簾弄開，*。

半夜三更睡着的人，被人莫名其妙敲門按門鈴弄醒了，問話直接不説話一直在敲門。我媳婦説話了馬上就走了。問了前台前台説有一個女的剛剛下去了。今早問酒店我們看看監控是怎麼回事，她説衹能公安的來調。你們晚上沒有守的人嗎？這次入住體驗極差
