天啊，這裏實在是太吵了，旁邊就是商店，然後一直有人在帳篷旁邊聊天，基本上是一晚上都沒有睡覺，大家還是不要訂這家，可以訂旁邊的幾家，安靜一些

房間的被子應該不是每天換，辦理入住的時候送了一件一次性被套和床單，晚上睡覺太吵了，旁邊的人説話聽得很清楚，衹能將就着住，對環境沒有要求的，可以考慮，總之體驗很不好。

幫高中孩子訂的，他們幾個人自由行，能在出發前一週訂到這個星空帳篷運氣還算可以吧。山上夜晚霧氣很大，一開門出去全是水霧，其實根本看不到星空，帳篷的床鋪比較短小，睡2個高中男生基本是不行的，可憐的娃娃們衹好蜷縮在一起。燈光從頂上窗户透進來很亮，這個要吐槽下。衞生還可以吧，位置也蠻好找，總體來説ok了，尤其是對於獨自出門體驗生活青春洋溢的孩子來説，這個性價比還可以

金頂漫山遍野的臭蟲，星空帳篷裏也全是臭蟲，除不完。
送了一次性的床上四件套，房間裏三床被子、有電熱毯，星空帳篷抗風雨。
但是有很多人夜爬上來沒地方住，他們就圍在周圍聊天，因為隔音不好，再加臭蟲多，無法得到好的休息。

①環境：根本沒位置放帳篷了，直接建在木製走廊上，説話聲能忍，一晚上來來回回根本沒有停歇的腳步聲木棍聲敲打木製走廊，根本無法休息，直接點説是折磨吧！凌晨湧入了大批看日出的遊客，直接強行踩踏棧道上的帳篷！還有造成踩踏事件的風險！！能理解帳篷環境苛刻，十一人流量大，但是容不下了請別再接帳篷預訂單，位置沒法上遊客選擇，安置在公共走廊上即堵塞道路，又影響住客休息，不知道除了商家賺錢，還對遊客有什麼其他好處
②衞生：人流量太大能理解被子沒法及時清洗，但是至少置備一些消毒裝置吧？被子直接塞進塑料袋成堆放置，帳篷也是隨便放置的，一次性被套也得遊客自己備着，景區垃圾遍地，廁所也沒人及時打掃，垃圾堆流出來的廢水惡臭無比
③設施：金頂就一個廁所，上廁所還得上下爬山，熱水點也衹有廁所邊上有，吃喝拉撒都擱廁所邊上，整個金頂和難民營似的，洗澡30一個人衹有10分鐘，配套設施完全跟不上人流量
④服務：真就和打發難民營的難民似的，帳篷花錢了不可選位置，被子100按金，還得自己扛去帳篷，完了一大早還得扛着一堆被子穿過堵塞的人羣去還，不然沒按金退，真就花錢找虐，我們直接放棄還被子了，因為根本擠不出去！！
武功山風景確實美，但是配套設施根本跟不上發展，旅客又不是難民，花了錢沒有享受到任何服務，並且還非常折磨，如果容納不了這麼多遊客，明明可以選擇不出售帳篷租賃，而不是建立在公共棧道上，金頂擁堵有你們不可推卸的責任！爆火給武功山帶來了流量，希望不要做一次性生意，自砸了招牌！
