Before checking in, I communicated with the hotel, which led to a seamless check-in process and an upgrade to a high-floor corner room. The room was clean and comfortable, with expansive river views. I was also delighted to receive the room key card gift box I had been looking forward to. The hotel's service was excellent overall; every staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. Dalton and Carol, in particular, were always ready to assist and their meticulous care made me feel truly at home. It's a serene oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with understated luxury, perfectly aligning with Park Hyatt's consistent style."

"The hotel is ideally located in Changsha IFS, right in the heart of the Wuyi Square business district. It boasts a wealth of shopping and dining options nearby, and transportation is incredibly convenient and efficient. This stay was in the N1 Deluxe River View King Room. The room felt a bit cramped and lacked a walk-in closet. In terms of service, the hotel staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, making guests feel right at home. The front desk and guest experience team were responsive and thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and refreshments. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and modern luxury. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. The hotel lobby, situated on the 93rd floor, offers expansive views. The 93rd-floor restaurant provides a diverse array of Chinese and Western breakfast options, and their exquisite afternoon tea is highly praised. Overall hygiene management met expectations; the rooms were tidy and clean, and the housekeeping team was diligent and promptly addressed guests' cleaning needs."

"Choosing The St. Regis was absolutely the best decision we made for our trip to Changsha. The five-star hardware and service go without saying, but what truly deserves commendation is the attentive care provided by the St. Regis staff. From the moment we checked in at the front desk until our departure, the warm service of The St. Regis was consistently with us. Special mention must go to Cassie and Vicky at the service center – they deserve real praise. They arranged Heytea for us in our room, set up a lovely 25-hour bath, and even changed our bedding to something more to our liking because we found the original too soft. Even though our photography appointment wasn't booked sufficiently in advance, the butler went out of their way to find a time that worked for us to experience a travel photoshoot… In short, the St. Regis butler will go above and beyond to meet guests' requests, which has given us complete faith in the St. Regis brand. The Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor is also highly recommended. The hotel's location is excellent. It stands next to the W Hotel, with the two buildings connected by a garden, allowing you to experience both hotels at once – perfect."

"Overall, it was decent, but it still falls short compared to other five-star hotels. The location is excellent; you can access Hisense Plaza and Wenheyou right from the first floor without going outside. It's also convenient for getting Tea Funny (though Tea Funny is ubiquitous in Changsha anyway). The breakfast selection was too limited, feeling like only half of what you'd find at a Grand Hyatt in other cities. Unfortunately, I visited Changsha during a heavy haze, so the views from the room, which should have been beautiful, were completely obscured. A bit of a regret there."

"My stay at the W Hotel Changsha was fantastic! It's super close to the South Railway Station, which is a huge plus. The mall downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient, and the hotel's design is truly eye-catching. All the staff were very welcoming, and I especially appreciate the attentive service from the 'Whatever/Whenever' team throughout my stay. I'll definitely choose W again next time!! 🥰🥰🥰"

"The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our trip to Changsha with our kids and elders. I called ahead to request a non-smoking floor. To our surprise, they upgraded us to a river-view room with a bathtub! The service was top-notch. It's very close to Taiping Street, just a few minutes walk. We also walked to Du Fu River Pavilion, Wenheyou, Chaozong Street, and Huogong Palace, all within about 10 minutes. Getting to Orange Isle was super easy, just one stop on the subway with no transfers. We had a fantastic time this trip! ♡"

"🔴 Five-star review! 🔴 Convenient Location: The hotel is very close to Orange Isle, Hunan University, Yuelu Mountain, Yuelu Academy, Aiwanting Pavilion, Wuyi Square commercial area (IFS, Huangxing Pedestrian Street, Guojin Street, Wangfujing Department Store), Nanmenkou, Tianxin Pavilion, Du Fu Jiang Ge, Wenheyou, Taiping Old Street, and Chaozong Street. You can walk in a loop and reach the hotel after visiting all the attractions in Changsha! 🔴 This time, I stayed on the executive floor. In addition to basic room services like cleaning, tidying, turndown service, and replenishment of toiletries that other hotels offer, every staff member greeted me politely, which was very heartwarming! 🔴 🤩 What impressed, surprised, and moved me the most was: every time we returned to our room after going out, the cleaning lady on our floor would always neatly fold our clothes and coil our phone charging cables to their original Apple factory settings. Our shoes, towels, and even our own toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap were all neatly arranged or hung in the wardrobe. It was like a “family member” tidying up their “home” 🤩‼️ 🔴 Breakfast: The secret recipe [Special Soy Milk Egg Tofu Soup] is delicious and a must-have every day! 🟣 Very satisfied with the hotel 👍 Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely choose the Wanda Vista Changsha again."
