After some discussion, they made excellent and reasonable arrangements for us. 💪 3. The breakfast spread was abundant, with authentic local specialties. 🌈 4. The hotel has a small private entrance that leads directly to the Jiaxing South Lake scenic area. It's about an 8-minute walk to the cruise dock. 5. Although the hotel opened in 2021, it's incredibly well-maintained. Unless you're extremely picky, you'd be hard-pressed to find any flaws."

"I feel that Marriott is the best hotel in Jiaxing. The room is very large; I stayed in an executive room which included breakfast, afternoon tea, and a light dinner, offering excellent value for money. The hotel staff were polite and kind, and the service was impeccable; they greeted us proactively every time they saw us. They also complimentary breakfast for our child, and the breakfast spread was very rich. There's a shopping mall right across from the hotel, making it very convenient for takeaways and shopping. Next time I visit Jiaxing, I will definitely choose Marriott again."

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

"It's already a significant plus that a star-rated hotel allows dogs, so while there are understandably some limitations on freedom, they are acceptable. Check-in requires pet vaccination records and a pet cleaning fee (which was already included in the room rate, so I'm not sure of the exact amount). **Bringing Dogs Indoors:** Dogs are not allowed to walk on the floors inside the hotel (a rule I've never encountered before, but I can understand it, given the high maintenance cost of carpets – it's a 'live and let live' approach for peaceful human-dog coexistence). However, the front desk provides trolleys at check-in. Dogs are not permitted in public areas like restaurants. **Bringing Dogs Outdoors:** The outdoor areas boast several small gardens and a large lawn. During off-peak walking times (not early morning or evening), there aren't too many people around, allowing dogs to run freely (as long as they don't disturb others). A dedicated pet access lane near the pet-friendly rooms leads directly outside, making dog walks very convenient. **Dog-Friendly Rooms:** The pet-friendly rooms are located in a corner and aren't particularly spacious. They come equipped with a crate, dog bed, food/water bowls, pee pads, and even doggie diapers. (A minor hiccup: upon check-in, none of the pet supplies were in the room, but the front desk promptly delivered them after I called). When a pet is in the room, a 'Pet Inside' sign must be displayed on the door. Overall, it's probably best suited for dogs that are comfortable being left alone in the room. **Human-Friendliness:** Even with its pet-friendly focus, the hotel largely maintains Hilton's basic quality standards for human guests. Upon check-in, guests receive Hilton cookies (another minor issue: they weren't offered initially, but I got them after requesting at the front desk). The cookies were warm, large, and delicious. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices with good flavor, and the availability of takeaway cups for coffee was a huge plus for a coffee lover like me. The hotel features a Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, seafood hotpot, and a lobby bar that serves coffee by day and drinks by night. I didn't get a chance to try them all, but the seafood hotpot was decent, and the evening drinks at the bar were also good. There's a swimming pool, though it seems to be independently operated. During peak hours, it gets very crowded. The water quality was average, and the facilities and service didn't quite live up to a star-rated hotel's standard. It was fine for a quick dip. There are plenty of parking spaces, both above ground and in the underground garage. A particularly great feature is that parking is also available right next to the pet-friendly access lane, which effectively separates human and pet traffic and makes getting your dog into and out of the car very convenient. They offer fast, slow, and Tesla supercharging stations, but I found the fast chargers weren't working properly. The room facilities are a bit dated. There's no complimentary minibar, but room service is available. The TV only allowed channel surfing (no screen casting), and the toilet wasn't smart. The cleanliness of the pet-friendly room was just average, which is understandable. It wasn't sparkling clean, but it wasn't terrible either. Overall, it's a Hilton property that offers good value for money."

"During the Qingming long weekend, we took a self-driving trip nearby. The hotel facilities were pretty standard, but the breakfast experience on the second day was quite interesting. We arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, and many dishes and pastries were already gone. We thought there wouldn't be much left to eat, but they gradually refilled everything! Especially at the fruit station, we overheard the staff chatting amongst themselves while carrying empty plates, saying, ”Why are there so many people? We're almost out of fruit, just cut up whatever we have left.” And then, several large platters of dragon fruit and watermelon were brought out. Overall, the dining experience was still very good."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just three tram stops from Jiaxing Station. Right across the street are the Catholic Church and Zicheng Relic Park. Moon River is about 1.5 kilometers north, easily reachable on foot or by taking bus routes 18 or You 1 from directly opposite the hotel. Getting to Nanhu Lake is also convenient; just hop on bus 81 or You 8 downstairs. The hotel service is very good, with a generous welcome fruit platter and prompt water delivery. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. However, for a hotel of this size, there's no concierge service; luggage storage is simply handled at the front desk. I particularly want to commend the hotel's breakfast, served on the 25th-floor revolving restaurant. The food is incredibly diverse, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Near Bingshan Park, there's a Wu Fang Zhai flagship store where you can order freshly wrapped and cooked wontons, as well as clay pot noodles, all about a ten-minute walk from the hotel."
