"This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I was pleasantly surprised. Experiencing it firsthand was so much better than just seeing pictures. The day before my arrival, our butler Jennie contacted me to suggest activities and remained incredibly attentive throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, offering helpful reminders and making us feel right at home. The hotel staff were all incredibly professional, and good-looking too! I've stayed at many beachfront resorts, from Rosewood to Edition, but Qixu Jiao Shi (Seven Senses Reef) truly surpasses them all. The semi-buffet dining was exquisite and refined. I even discovered the Wen Xiang toiletries here and ended up buying them! I hope they maintain this high standard so I can be surprised again on my next visit. I've already quietly recommended it to my friends."

"This hotel is simply perfect! The room was huge, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. Every evening, they'd bring sweet soups like tremella or red bean, along with fruit, right to our room. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was also great; we could leisurely enjoy breakfast there before heading out. There's a gym and a pool on the 6th floor. Speaking of which, I almost gave a bad review. When I chose this hotel, it was specifically because of their swimming pool. However, when I got there, I found out that during the Chinese New Year period, the pool hours were only from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This is exactly when we were out and about! How could anyone use the pool then? I was so annoyed. But, considering their excellent service, I let it go and still gave a full five stars. I also want to give a special shout-out to ”Huihui” at the front desk. We accidentally left something in the hotel fridge and only realized it after we'd checked out. Huihui very enthusiastically helped us find it and even mailed it to us. We're so grateful! All in all, this is a hotel with complete facilities, thoughtful service, and a warm, lovely atmosphere. It's the kind of cozy place that made us look forward to coming back to rest every day after a tiring day of sightseeing."

"The service is definitely commendable. The staff member, Nan, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel's main sign is a bit small, and the parking directions are unclear. I had to drive around once to find it, which was quite disappointing for a first-time guest. I hope the hotel can add clearer and more prominent directional signs in both the underground parking lot and on the ground level. This improvement would greatly benefit guests arriving by car and enhance the overall experience by making the hotel's presence more apparent throughout the entire area."

"An established five-star hotel that still maintains its quality! The Marco Polo Jinjiang Hotel has a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The service is professional and efficient, and everything is clean. The food is delicious, and breakfast is especially fantastic. The pool and gym are fully equipped, and the overall experience was superb. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!"

"This hotel definitely doesn't meet five-star standards. The room was practically empty, just a coffee table, a chair, and the bed – that's it. When we asked for an extra chair, they brought a folding one, but there was no sofa, no proper desk… nothing else. What truly surprised me was how hot the room was. My husband was sweating profusely, thinking the AC wasn't strong enough. Turns out, when we finally got through to reception (side note: the phone was initially hard to connect, and the QR code for hotel services in the room was invalid – it felt like the hotel was on its last legs, honestly), the staff admitted the air conditioning wasn't even on! This is supposed to be a five-star hotel! They only agreed to turn it on after we insisted. My guess is they keep it off everywhere and only activate it for specific rooms when guests complain, all to save money and cut corners. The tea set in the room was shoddy – cheap enamel mugs you'd find on the street for a couple of bucks, and disposable cups. Again, I was shocked. There wasn't even any welcome fruit. Yet, the bathroom was huge and had a big bathtub. The luxurious size of the bathroom and the sparse, basic amenities in the bedroom created a bizarre contrast! They absolutely refused to add a children's meal to breakfast. It seems breakfast is their only real revenue stream. I heard it's quite lavish, though not much meat, and costs around 180 per person? The owner clearly has a strong grasp on saving money and maximizing profit; I have to admire that! So, do I recommend it? You decide for yourself. To be honest, I'm not exaggerating anything. I wonder if many other reviews are fake, but mine certainly isn't! 🤷"

"The hotel is nice, lobby and reception is nice. Room is a little bit old fashioned and not so modern but it’s quite spacious. The service of the staff was good. Special thanks to Mr Hanson Liu for his hospitality and for his help. We’re first time staying at this area and he was so kind and guided us when we asked him where’s the nearest mall or supermarket because the hotel location is quite isolated. He even wrote the address in a piece of paper so that the driver would be easy to find the place. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful too. They have self service laundry room too and if we encounter problem, their staffs are ready to help. Overall it’s a nice stay here."

"Front desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason. Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same. Restaurant : only 1 is available"

"Very nice and clean hotel Big room Quiet outside as it is located at the river and at kind of park. Outdoor swimming pool was closed as it is opened only in summwr but we used a gym which was great"

The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, efficient, and thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they even proactively offered practical advice. "Jingjiang Xiamen Airlines Hotel is amazing! It's within walking distance of the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept like a baby on the bedding. The front desk staff were warm and very attentive. The peanut soup and oyster omelet at breakfast were very authentic, and the Wagyu beef at the buffet was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend everyone try it. I'll definitely choose Xiamen Airlines Hotel again next time I'm in Jingjiang!"
