"Having stayed in some of the best hotels nationwide, and even worldwide, the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Jiuzhaigou completely exceeded my expectations this time. While not the most expensive, it truly stands out as the best. Its unique location and environment speak for themselves. The rooms were spotless, and every amenity was exceptionally functional. The staff training is impeccable; every employee genuinely cares for guests, offering thoughtful, warm, and prompt service. This level of management is clearly extraordinary. A special commendation goes to my butler, Xiao Wei, a handsome, cheerful, and emotionally intelligent local young man. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions, providing immense help. He was always responsive and efficient 👍, making my entire stay incredibly reassuring. Also, the executive chef at the Western restaurant, from Guangdong, is an amazing cook and loves to share. Upon learning of my dietary requirements, he quickly made adjustments – I truly felt well taken care of, which is incredibly touching when you're away from home. Furthermore, Lady Gaga, the lovely ******* lady at the Chinese restaurant, is incredibly cute, witty, and even treated me to coffee. With so many amazing 'treasure' employees, this hotel is truly unforgettable. I will definitely choose the Reserve again for my next trip to Jiuzhaigou ❤️. It genuinely felt like coming home… very few hotels can truly make guests feel so warmly cared for. This is the pinnacle of the service industry 👍."

"This hotel is right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also very close to the Zangwang Square bus stop, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making for a pleasant stroll after dinner. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly kind and generously upgraded our room to one with a private hot spring tub. After a tiring day exploring the valley, soaking in the tub was incredibly relaxing. I have to commend the front desk staff again; on our check-out day, they even proactively asked about our stay. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I return."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Zangwang Square and not far from Goukou. In the morning, you can take the hotel's shuttle for 4 yuan per person to Goukou, or you can walk. We wanted to save our energy, so we took the shuttle in the morning and walked back after exploring in the afternoon. Along the way, there are places like KFC and McDonald's. The tourist shuttle from the high-speed rail station has a stop right next to the hotel, making it convenient for both arrivals and departures. Among the hotels in the area, this one is quite large, which makes for a comfortable stay. The staff are enthusiastic and the service is attentive. The room was quiet and well-equipped. There's a small supermarket in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient and the prices are fair. There's also a small garden in the middle of the hotel, which is pleasant to relax in during the evening. A few minor suggestions for improvement: the hot water wasn't very stable; sometimes it would suddenly get very hot while showering. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. Also, upon check-in, we didn't realize the windows were open. The screens weren't very noticeable, and since our room faced the garden, we immediately pulled the sheer curtains upon entering, which meant we didn't realize the windows were open. As a result, the room felt very cold all evening, and I woke up freezing in the middle of the night. It would be helpful if the staff could mention the windows during check-in."

"To visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice. Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking. Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience. The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious. When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options. A lovely bonus was the complimentary supper served in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is also conveniently located near Jiuzhaigou, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: This is a light luxury resort-style hotel. The room layout, design, furniture, and even the bedding and tea sets show meticulous planning. Everything is high-quality yet perfectly understated, very thoughtful, making for a comfortable stay. Hygiene: Definitely held to hotel, not homestay, standards. As hygiene is a key criterion for me, every corner was spotless. Absolutely no cobwebs or tiny bugs in the nooks. Environment: Located near the semi-mountainous Mabang Square in Huameishengdi, it's quiet with expansive views and very convenient for horse riding. Service: The butler service was excellent and very considerate. They set up a group early to provide tips for every step, accompanied us to experience wearing ******* clothing, took us horseback riding, and busied themselves with all the arrangements. We didn't have to lift a finger with our luggage, which was a lifesaver for two girls who get out of breath just walking a few steps. Welcome fruit: There was welcome fruit, but the variety was a bit simple. The soft drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and the tea was of good quality. 'Exclusive Car & Courtesy' service: They arrange a seven-seater business car for scheduled transfers, but you need to book in advance. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to slightly improve the breakfast variety."

"The hotel itself is quite large, with decent facilities and environment. It features a transparent glass dome, offering an unobstructed view of the sky. Inside the lobby, there are various plants and a restaurant with a folk style, which is quite unique! It's a 2-hour drive from Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station, so getting around isn't very convenient. The hotel butler arranged a private car for us, costing 300 for a round trip. We had a pleasant stay for the first three days, but on the last day, we were taken to a shopping center! I didn't expect that paying for a service would include a mandatory shopping stop! And the shopping center didn't look very legitimate, to be honest, which was quite disappointing! I'd rather have taken a taxi myself. Also, they kept pushing tickets for the 'Impression Ancient Love' show; the commercialization was a bit much. The hotel's service itself was very good. We encountered a minor issue that was promptly resolved, and we were even moved to another room! The information provided by the front desk wasn't very clear; for instance, we had to call separately to ask about restaurant opening times. There aren't many entertainment facilities in the hotel, and nothing for kids. At lunchtime, only one Chinese restaurant is open. In the afternoon, the hot springs and hot pot BBQ are available. During the off-season, only four hot spring pools are open. There's a performance with the hot pot, and the performers were great; we had a fun time dancing the Guozhuang together. A double meal costs around 400 RMB. It's not easy to go out from the hotel, so dining is slightly more expensive than outside. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of variety and very tasty! Getting to Jiuzhaigou is quite convenient, about 30 minutes. I highly recommend driving here yourself! Just be careful on the winding mountain roads!"

"I spent a long time choosing this hotel, and I'm glad I did! The location is fantastic. It has its own large courtyard for parking, which is incredibly convenient if you're driving. If you're arriving by bus, the Guoda Parking Lot is right next door, making bus access super easy too. Just a few dozen meters behind the hotel is Bianbian Street, offering a huge variety of dining and shopping options. The hotel's decor is quite nice, and there was no strange odor in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom features a smart toilet, and the overall hygiene was excellent. They provided four bottles of mineral water daily, which was more than enough. Overall, I'm very satisfied! Oh, and they even gave us a small gift upon check-in – a few bottles of drinks. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and tidy. Even with many diners, the staff were quick to clear dishes and refill food, which was a huge plus."

"For a trip to Jiuzhaigou, the Howard Johnson is a very reliable choice. The hotel's overall decor is exquisite, with a strong ******* flair, and the public areas are great for photos. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great, with local specialties available. The hot spring pools were very relaxing, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's also conveniently located. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."
