Luxury Hotels in Nanchong

"The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior."

"We had a family trip and stayed at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Nanchong, and overall we were very satisfied. The environment is lovely, with fresh air, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and polite, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious – our child loved it. The facilities are comprehensive, with a children's play area and an outdoor lawn, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Parking is convenient, and it's easy to get around. This hotel is highly recommended for families!"

"The front desk lady was warm and considerate. Although there was a small problem, she quickly solved it for me and even brought some fruit to the room. When I checked out, the guy was also very polite and gave me a souvenir. I was really touched by the hotel's service. I will come again next time and hope the hotel will get better and better."

"Conveniently located with an excellent view of the river. Plenty of restaurants near by and a 24hr small market next door for late night cravings. Service at the hotel was good but the facility is showing some signs of age. I pointed out to the staff that a sign by the elevator had an English word misspelled. They quickly addressed the issue."

"I have stayed at Tianlai Hotel many times when I went to Nanchong. The location is very good. It is close to Wangfujing Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for travel and shopping. The rooms are large and the facilities are complete."
