"An excellent stay that exceeded my expectations! I was so lucky to get a room upgrade during the National Day holiday. The room facilities are very new, and the high-floor view is absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city's nightscape and distant mountain views during the day. MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. Supervisor Xiao Wei's service was impeccable; he helped with my luggage while showing me to the room and introduced all the facilities. It was a delightful experience, and Shangri-La Nanning will be my first choice next time I visit Nanning."

"This is a newly opened hotel. The parking garage is on B3, and you take the elevator to the first floor. The lobby feels quite empty and lacks a lively atmosphere. It was my first time seeing a front desk manager in a hotel lobby using an electric fan – it seems the hotel's design didn't account for aesthetics or air conditioning effectiveness. The room facilities are average, similar to what you'd find at a Grand Mercure, and I even feel that Grand Mercure or Atour hotels have better mattresses and overall management. The only upside is probably the breakfast, and that's a bit of a stretch. In the noodle bar area, the two chefs seemed to be bickering, which suggests the hotel's management level is rather subpar."

"Nanning Hotel is a very established hotel in the area, and surprisingly, the room facilities are still very well-maintained. We happened to stay during the ASEAN conference, so there were many guests, but the overall order was excellent. The front desk service was efficient, allowing guests to check in without long waits. Upon entering the room, the bedding and everything were very clean. Since we stayed in a family room, our child loved the small toys and tent provided, which were all very practical. The location is undeniably superb, with endless shopping malls and dining options nearby. Hotel parking is also convenient with its own parking lot. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"An absolutely amazing stay that far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the hotel's thoughtful touches: the lobby's aroma was subtly pleasant, check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and they even kindly provided a hand-drawn travel map. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding and a mattress that offered just the right amount of support. The bathroom quality was excellent. What truly impressed me were the service details; many thanks to Pink Moon, Joyce, Freya, Livia, and Sheti from the service center. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with all the local specialty snacks worth trying. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway station, and surrounded by excellent amenities. This stay truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!"

The pool also boasts fantastic views. Staying here in Nanning is a perfect experience, highly recommended!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, facing the famous South Lake to the north and offering unobstructed views of Mount Qingxiu to the south. The hotel service was fantastic! I needed a cardboard box for souvenirs to take back to Shanghai, and the staff went above and beyond to help, even providing packing tape and scissors, which really shows their attention to detail. A big shout-out to the front desk, bellhops, the parking attendant at the entrance, the telephone operators, and the restaurant staff – excellent work everyone! Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, including plenty of fruits and vegetable salads. The luosifen and old friend noodles were just as good as what you'd find at outside restaurants. I do have a small suggestion for the restaurant, though: it might be best to remove the food waste warning signs from the tables. Most guests at your hotel are very considerate. While these signs might deter a few less mindful individuals, they could inadvertently make the majority of guests feel disrespected. I hope the hotel will consider this."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are clear signs along the way from the airport guiding you directly to the hotel, so you just follow them. The entire route is covered with canopies and roofed walkways, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when it rains – very thoughtful. The room amenities are complete, with everything you need for daily use. Breakfast is served from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is especially convenient for early morning flights. There's a wide variety of choices, including 'Lao You Fen' (Old Friend Noodles), Guilin rice noodles, 'Luosi Fen' (Snail Noodles), and Cantonese dim sum – a great selection. Our rented car was delivered directly to the hotel entrance, and they also offer free parking. This makes it super convenient whether you're driving your own car or a rental. Overall, our stay was excellent."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is great, surrounded by shopping areas. It's also very close to Nanhu Park, perfect for an evening stroll, making it a pleasant retreat even in a bustling city. Opened in 2023, the hotel's room facilities are well-maintained. The bathtub is large and comes with a bath liner, and the shower room has a dry-wet separation design. The hygiene is meticulously done, making the room bright and tidy. As for the service, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Upon check-in, they proactively informed me about the hotel's pool and gym locations and how to get to the subway station. The entire check-in process was quick, clear, and efficient. During my stay, I ordered takeout, and when the delivery driver arrived, he mentioned that many orders were waiting. It turned out that a colleague from the concierge personally brought my food up to my room. He said something that genuinely touched me: 'Since you ordered rice noodles, Guangxi rice noodles are best eaten quickly before they get cold. It's better for us to deliver it personally.' This really moved me and is truly commendable! This alone makes it highly recommended!"

"This time, my bestie and I traveled to Nanning together and stayed at the Wanda Vista Nanning. The experience was absolutely fantastic, and I truly recommend it to friends traveling in groups! The location is amazing, right in the Qingxiu Wanda business district. The mall is just outside, offering a one-stop shop for food, drink, and entertainment. You don't have to go far to find something to eat, and it's a short taxi ride to Nanhu Lake and Nanning East Station, making getting around very convenient. The lobby decoration is stylish and perfect for photos. Check-in was quick, and the staff were responsive. We stayed in a twin room, which was spacious with excellent natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective – even when we chatted and laughed at night, it remained quiet and undisturbed. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub, perfect for soaking away the fatigue after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast had a wide selection, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Nanning's specialty Laoyou noodles. In our free time, my friends and I spent time at the heated pool and gym, which was a great experience. It's perfect for shopping, exploring, and sightseeing. For friends traveling together, the comfort and convenience here are both top-notch. When visiting Nanning, you can confidently choose this hotel."

"The room size matched the description on the platform. The shower is over the bathtub. I was worried it might be slippery, but they provided a non-slip mat, which was a thoughtful touch. Upon entering the room, I found a cockroach. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it immediately. The staff member explained that after the previous guest checked out, they perform pest control, which is why cockroaches might appear. We understood, as it meant the pest control was thorough. Later, the TV wouldn't turn on. After reporting it, the staff member quickly came to fix it and showed us how to use the TV. Every time we entered or exited, the staff would greet us proactively! When we asked for directions to attractions, the lady with employee number 1130 patiently guided us, answered our questions carefully, and provided service with a smile. She was excellent! Nearby transportation: It's a bit far from both the bus and metro stations, but taking a taxi solves the distance problem! Nanning has great food, fun, beautiful mountains, and waters. I'll recommend your hotel for my next visit or to any friends coming to Nanning!👍"
