"Overall, the experience was just okay and not great value for money. The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, which acts as a transfer level. Whether you're going to your room or leaving the hotel, you have to go to the 88th floor to switch elevators, which is very inconvenient. Also, the staff guidance wasn't very timely, and there were no signs on the ground floor. I spent a long time looking for the elevator after I arrived, and no one guided me. After checking in on the 88th floor, no staff member told me I needed to switch elevators to get to my room. However, the high-altitude views are indeed beautiful. Although the breakfast quality wasn't exceptional, the stunning views from the breakfast area made up for it, and the breakfast restaurant service was quite good. The room design was nice, and the bed was large and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom, which had no trash can, which was inconvenient. Also, it's my habit to wipe down the room's tables and light switches with disinfectant wipes, and when I did, there was a lot of dust flying around."

"The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel."

"I have to give a huge thumbs up to the New World Hotel Shenyang! Since I was traveling with my little one, I considered factors like transportation, kids' activities, accommodation environment, and breakfast. After comparing several options, I chose the New World Hotel. First, the hotel's location is excellent, with K11 and the subway entrance right downstairs – super convenient. Next, the service. The hotel checks remarks in advance, and upon arrival at the front desk, all requests are arranged. The cot rail for the child was already installed before check-in, and the room was upgraded to overlook the 'Big Diamond'! The front desk staff were very friendly and even granted a late check-out for the child's nap, which was a lifesaver! Seeing our luggage and stroller, the hotel's concierge helped us with our bags to the room and even gave us extra bottles of water for the baby's formula! The breakfast was excellent, with millet porridge, boiled eggs, and corn pancakes that kids can eat. Every staff member in the restaurant was enthusiastic, actively bringing child seats and thoughtfully wiping them clean with wet wipes. We'll definitely stay here again! Both adults and children had a comfortable stay!"

Major shopping malls like MixC and Kerry Center are also right next door, making dining, shopping, and entertainment a breeze. Whether you're here for leisure or business, the location is truly hassle-free. The hotel lobby is grand and airy, with a modern, high-end design that creates a fantastic ambiance. My room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for peaceful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with consistent hot water and quality amenities. Plus, from my high-floor room, I could enjoy stunning night views of Shenyang – a truly satisfying stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Diana. She assisted me with check-in, and her attitude was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, with no long waits. She meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and offered helpful suggestions for getting around. Any questions I had were answered patiently and in detail. Her service was professional and thoughtful, and I could feel the genuine care in every detail, making me feel truly at home. From the excellent location and hardware facilities to the outstanding staff service, my entire stay was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're visiting Shenyang for tourism or business. I'll definitely choose the Hilton Shenyang again on my next visit!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride (about 2 kilometers) from Middle Street, the Forbidden City, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were all incredibly enthusiastic. We even received Hilton's homemade cookies as a welcome gift upon check-in. The front desk lady, knowing we were a family traveling together with mixed luggage, thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive floor connecting room free of charge. This allowed us to move between rooms to get our belongings without having to go out into the hallway, which was incredibly considerate and convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Shenyang!"

"The hotel is located in the city center with all amenities nearby. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water temperature and pressure. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. My child, being mischievous, accidentally broke a crystal chandelier. However, because my child sincerely apologized, the hotel decided to waive the compensation as an encouragement. We are very grateful!"
