"I heard that The Ritz-Carlton in Tianjin is the best in the country, so I took a spontaneous three-day and two-night trip. The overall decoration of the hotel is my favorite European style. The staff were friendly and helpful. Susan at the front desk was very nice and upgraded me to a suite on the top floor. The room was very clean and felt like home! The hotel is located in the most central and convenient Heping District, just a few steps away from the beautiful Haihe Scenic Area. Since I drink a cup of oatmeal coffee every day, but the hotel was unable to provide it, Darren, the manager of the lobby bar, was very considerate and attentive. The next day, he specially asked the hotel to prepare oatmeal milk for me to meet my needs. This small service has touched me. I must give full marks 💯 for this kind of humanized service and give it five stars 🌟 praise 👍 Overall, the hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent service. It is indeed the ceiling of the Ritz-Carlton in China! Will highly recommend to friends and family!"

"The Pan Pacific Hotel in Tianjin boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, standing tall as a landmark visible from afar. It's very close to the Tianjin Eye, and our room offered a spectacular, expansive view of it. Upon entering the lobby, Serena Qiu greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiastic service, guiding us to the front desk. There, the charming Hanah Zhao attentively listened to our preferences and professionally helped us select a room. The room itself was unexpectedly satisfying, exceeding all our expectations. Lululiu then graciously assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. This 'super five-star' service made us feel incredibly welcomed and warm, instantly melting away the day's fatigue. In a highly competitive hotel industry, the staff's ability to maintain such genuine enthusiasm for serving guests is truly commendable. It clearly reflects a strong, service-oriented culture championed by the leadership, ensuring such thoughtful and professional service. Even during check-out, when the concierge was busy, the Front Office Manager personally stepped in to assist us with our luggage. Encountering such warm and welcoming service from the very first day of our trip was a true delight. We are deeply grateful to all the hotel staff for their hard work, which contributed to making our journey so pleasant and memorable. "The hotel refused to turn on their central AC unit in late April so the room AC is on fan mode only. Our room was 26c showing the manager did send up a tech guy and tested the room temp was 26 as showing on the display and the air wa very stuffy. They said it’s cold at night so building is not turning on the AC but the windows does not open !!!The manager did offer free breakfast and delivered a fan to my room. lucky we were only there for 2 nights in the stuffy room but I will not be staying again."

"While reviews are helpful, sometimes you really need to see things for yourself. The photos online didn't particularly impress me, but the actual room was much better than what the pictures conveyed, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quite spacious, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning to sleep during the hottest part of summer (it helped that it rained a bit). It's conveniently located close to both the subway and shopping malls. Breakfast could be improved; it doesn't quite measure up to what you'd find at a 5-star hotel in Nanjing. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I was genuinely pleased."

"My recent stay at The St. Regis Tianjin Financial Street was truly remarkable. The hotel boasts a superb location in the heart of the Financial Street. A nearby subway station makes it incredibly convenient to explore, whether you're heading to the Italian Style Area for a taste of European charm or visiting other popular attractions. Before my check-in, Hailey proactively reached out to me. Upon learning I was driving, she thoughtfully sent me a video of the parking lot in advance, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout my stay, Hailey was exceptionally responsive to all my requests. Her attentive service truly enhanced my trip. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at your hotel and experiencing Hailey's outstanding service again!"

"Facilities: The elevators are incredibly fast, and the rooms are well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, and even had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Environment: The location is superb, making it extremely convenient for visiting Wudadao or Binjiangdao – perfect for a city walk. From the room, you can enjoy views of Tianjin Station and the city's light show. Service: Check-in was quick and efficient. All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. I initially only booked for one night, but because the experience was so good, and I happened to have some free time the next day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. This is a highly satisfying hotel! I highly recommend it!"

"Booked this hotel for a short get away. And for mums birthday. The staff were kind enough to decorate the room and meet all our requests as well as surprised her with a cake. She absolutely loved her stay here as well as the massage by the spa. The staff were incredible friendly especially the lobby staff. The level was what is expected of a 5 star. The turn down service was great and ample amenities were provided and when requested arrived in record time. The only thing the room had some debris on entering but other than that it was fantastic."

"A great overall choice if you're visiting Tianjin to explore the Hai River and catch the light show, offering excellent value for money! **Facilities:** The hotel's amenities are generally decent, although the shower head in the bathroom was quite stiff and difficult to adjust. **Cleanliness:** I found black pen marks on the bedsheets. I called housekeeping to get them replaced, and the attendant who helped me was very friendly and enthusiastic. **Location:** The surroundings are quite pleasant, and transportation is very convenient. **Service:** The service overall was excellent and very welcoming."

The bedroom had windows on two sides, providing excellent natural light – perfect for great photos! Room service was super quick in bringing up anything we needed. The front desk staff were also fantastic; I told them I wasn't quite packed, and they graciously offered a late check-out."
