"This time for our vacation in Wuzhen, we chose the Alila Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's design is truly stunning. The minimalist style of white walls and dark tiles perfectly blends with the charm of the Jiangnan water town. Every step reveals a new beautiful scene, and every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, with a private courtyard and a standalone bathtub. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was at the Shuishikou Restaurant, with a rich variety of dishes that tasted great. The most delightful part was that the restaurant faces the Egret Wetland Park, so we enjoyed breakfast while watching egrets fly – a truly immersive experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot service. The photographer was very professional, and the pictures captured the perfect ambiance. Highly recommended! Kaka was very warm and attentive, following up from check-in to check-out and promptly responding to any needs we had. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Xizha Scenic Area, so transportation was also convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely choose Alila again when we return to Wuzhen!"

"Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit."

"Title: A cozy artistic inn, rooms so perfect they're like something out of a painting Text: I stayed at TongAn Inn for a few days, and my overall experience was fantastic. The biggest highlight of the inn is its artistic space – the entire area is tastefully decorated, making you feel very relaxed, just like being at home. But what surprised me most was the room. Honestly, I've only ever seen such perfect rooms in pictures. Clean, comfortable, and every detail meticulously arranged. I had a wonderfully happy stay; it was simply impeccable. Breakfast also left me very satisfied. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was more European-style, and the condiments were served separately, allowing you to add them to your taste – unlike street food where a whole bunch is just sprinkled on directly. For a foreign tourist like me, who can't eat too much spicy food, this was a very thoughtful touch. A special thank you goes to Ms. Qian Wei at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and patient, helping me resolve various small issues during my stay, which made me, a foreign tourist, feel particularly welcome. Although there was a language barrier, her smile and service attitude left a lasting impression on me. If you're coming to this city and looking for a unique place to stay that isn't run-of-the-mill, I highly recommend TongAn Inn. "It's been a long time since I've been so happy staying at a hotel. The service was exceptional, the hotel is very new, and the customer service lady was incredibly friendly. The whole place made me feel right at home, even more comfortable than some of the resort hotels I've stayed at abroad. The personalized service was great, the minibar in the room was excellent, and the smart mattress was also fantastic. All the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was one of the most generous buffet breakfasts I've had in China, offering both European and Chinese options."

"Our Mid-Autumn Festival stay in Wuzhen was a delightful surprise! The room was tastefully antique and elegant, with a stylish floral and bird painting above the bed. My favorite part was the window, offering views of small bridges, flowing water, and lush greenery – it felt like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. There were even thoughtful Mid-Autumn fruits and custom-made mooncakes on the table, really setting a festive mood. The service was warm and the environment was simply superb. The window frames the waters of Wuzhen, The screen hides the gentle breeze of magnolias. The mooncakes add to the autumn ambiance, Living a dream in Jiangnan."

"First, I expected a hotel at this price point to at least offer butler service, and only realized it was available after reading other reviews 😧. Second, my phone was lagging, and I couldn't access the Wuzhen itinerary assistant. I had to go into various mini-programs to find out about activities. I hope the hotel can create a printed schedule of children's activities 🙏. Third, the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible. There was a child jumping from 10 PM to 12 AM, and we could hear everything clearly from downstairs. I should have asked for a higher-floor room 😧. Fourth, the room curtains are translucent, letting light in at night. If I weren't so exhausted, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all 😂. Fifth, the service attitude of the staff at the hotel was generally mediocre. This was most evident when taking the return car from the embankment; only the staff at the embankment entrance helped us get the stroller out of the car 😧. Sixth, regarding my child's allergic reaction that caused a delayed checkout until 2 PM, it was barely accommodated, and there wasn't a single word of concern throughout 😂. These are my impressions during my stay. For a hotel positioned as family-friendly, I believe it's currently far from meeting expectations."

"Superb! The service was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to get everywhere. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Traveling with my family, we even got a room upgrade during check-in, which allowed all three rooms to be in the same building. It was perfect! The only minor downside is that light sleepers might find the air conditioning a bit noisy."

"I came to Wuzhen this time for my child's science and innovation competition, and I chose to stay at a five-star hotel. The service was really excellent, especially Dylan Wang Xinyu, the manager of the catering department. Since our competition started quite early, we needed to eat at 6:30 AM, but breakfast usually opens at 7:00 AM. To make sure my child could have breakfast, he coordinated with the kitchen to prepare some dishes for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and considerate, I'm very grateful! 🙏"

"Arrived at Jiaxing South by high-speed train, then took a taxi to the Visitor Center, which took about 30 minutes – very convenient. Check-in was handled at the Visitor Center, and then a shuttle bus took us to the hotel. On the way, the staff actively helped with our luggage and assisted the elderly, which was a very nice touch. We only caught the iron flower performance in the ancient town, but it was definitely worth seeing. Since my elderly parents had difficulty walking, we rented wheelchairs and used the shuttle bus to explore the entire town, which was also very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍 and will definitely come back again."
