"Nalati in winter is incredibly beautiful, definitely on par with Hemu. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. The infrastructure is very complete, with plenty of hot water that filled the bathtub quickly. A humidifier was also provided, and the food tasted good. The hotel's cats are all adorable, though I heard they haven't been vaccinated, so it's best to be careful. You might notice a slight smell of horse manure. The only drawback is the lack of a shuttle service to and from the scenic area, so I highly recommend it for those traveling by car. However, the staff were proactive in helping us with our transportation issues. We contacted a specific driver, and I want to warn other independent travelers who aren't driving themselves about the price."

"I didn't expect there is such a good hotel to stay in Narat. We were lucky enough to catch their trial operation. I heard that it will be officially opened in July. It is worthy of the service and facilities of an international five-star hotel. It is right next to the gate of the scenic area, facing the beautiful scenery of the scenic area, with first-class service and good breakfast. This is the most authentic coffee, the best service and the most luxurious hardware facilities in Xinjiang. The bedding is comfortable and clean, and it is the best night's sleep. The bed-making service, welcome milk tea, fruit snacks, welcome and see-off luggage handling, and worrying that we would lack food and drink on the next journey, they also thoughtfully prepared snacks, water and small gifts when we left. The service and hardware are really nothing to say. They also upgraded the courtyard room with a view. I will definitely stay here next time I come or when friends come."

"This hotel was the most expensive and also the worst of my Xinjiang trip. Pros: It's located inside a scenic area, so you need a ticket to enter. If you can't get a self-driving ticket, the hotel can book it for you. Cars are parked in the outer parking lot, and there are shuttle buses. Inside, it's all individual buildings, like a small village, with milk tea shops and coffee shops. Cons: I don't know the purpose of the outer courtyard; you can't see any scenery there. It's all enclosed by walls, just a bunch of grass attracting mosquitoes. The pictures on Ctrip didn't show a mahjong table, but our room had one! I don't know what the point of this mahjong table was. There was a sofa, a table, and then another mahjong table, right next to the bed. There were only two of us; who was going to play mahjong?! The mahjong table was in the middle, which was very in the way. Even though the room was big enough, I couldn't open my suitcase (it was impossible to walk if it was fully open). I immediately asked the front desk why there was a mahjong table, either to change my room or to move the mahjong table away. The answer I received was that the mahjong table couldn't be moved, and there wasn't one in the room either. So I called Ctrip to ask them to resolve the issue. Ctrip was very helpful and contacted them on my behalf. Before I even received a call from Ctrip, the hotel front desk called to say they could change my room. I was baffled and furious, especially since it was late at night. The new room was a little smaller than the previous one, but there was still no mahjong table! I could even open my suitcase! I don't even know if they used ten sheets of toilet paper. Is 2000+ RMB hotel toilet paper really that expensive?! "A friend recommended this hotel, and I'm so glad they did! The room was spotless, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly welcoming, which was a lovely touch. When I needed something delivered late at night, it arrived very quickly. Plus, the price was excellent for the winter season. "I brought my kids to Nalat this time and specifically chose the family room at this hotel. The experience truly exceeded my expectations! The 56 sqm space was incredibly spacious, with two 1.2-meter single beds plus a bunk bed for the kids. Our family of four felt no crowding at all, and the kids had plenty of room to run and play. The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a humidifier. We arrived at night when it was windy and cold outside, but as soon as we entered the room, we found that the heating and air conditioning had already been turned on for us. We could immediately take off our thick clothes; it was warm and thoughtful~ The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. Even the kids said they didn't feel cold after their shower. The standalone design with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows meant that opening the curtains revealed Nalat's stunning winter scenery, instantly creating an amazing atmosphere. The front desk service was exceptional. Knowing we were driving in winter, they proactively warned us about road conditions and anti-slip precautions, and even thoughtfully planned our winter itinerary, making the whole trip incredibly worry-free. This is the first time I've written a serious review because it had such a lasting impact! It made me stay for three days instead of just one day!! 1. Location: As shown in the picture, facing the mountains, looking at the sky, and listening to the flowing river. 2. Facilities: Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, Dyson hairdryers, and high-end toiletries were all excellent, as expected for this level. 3. The key point is that the hotel's public spaces are fantastic. "I stayed for two days, and overall it was quite good. The service was among the best I've experienced during my trip to Xinjiang. As a Trip.com member, I could have unlimited drinks, and the staff, especially Xiao Zhou, were all excellent. The location is superb, and the environment is beautiful. There was just one thing that left us confused. We decided to have one meal at the hotel restaurant, and as shown in the first picture, this small cold dish – which they called 'braised beef' – cost 118 RMB. We were quite surprised when it arrived and repeatedly confirmed with the staff, who insisted it was indeed the 118 RMB braised beef. We had no choice but to accept it. The next day, it even reappeared as a side dish on the breakfast buffet table, making for quite an expensive breakfast…"
