"Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out. The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch! What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!"

"I originally booked a Deluxe Room but was upgraded to the Quan Si Suite. The room was very spacious, and the double bed was extra wide. The stay included afternoon tea, breakfast, and alcoholic beverages during specific hours. After checking out, I could leave my car parked until 1 PM. My only regret is that the hot spring tub was only big enough for one person, but overall, everything was excellent."

"The main reason for visiting Jiaoxi is to enjoy the hot springs, so we chose the Hotel Mu. We stayed in the Breeze Room with a king-size bed, and first off, the bed was very comfortable – I found the firmness just right. The bathtub was large enough for a truly relaxing soak, perfect for unwinding. The hotel breakfast is also highly recommended – it was plentiful and delicious."

"The location was very peaceful and not too far from the Main Street of Jiaoxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a very nice live music performance in the evening. The pool area was nice, and the hot spring private areas were sufficient. The breakfast and dinner buffet I would say is one of the best in Jiaoxi in terms of the Spa hotels and the rooms were well sound insulated. We would definitely come again and my infant certainly enjoyed it. One of the more expensive hot spring hotels in Jiaoxi but if you want a quiet and peaceful few days with activities, good food and with easy access to the mountains for a nice walk I would recommend this place. Minor criticism for the rooms I would say is the cleanliness. There were slight dust in places and because there is carpet, and if you’re prone to dust allergy be prepared. Saying that if they have a room without carpet that would be perfect, but nonetheless, we would definitely come again."

"This hotel, Yamagata Kaku, boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station, making it super convenient whether you're traveling by public transport or driving. Parking was also a breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The on-site hot spring facilities are top-notch; soaking there was incredibly therapeutic and completely washed away my travel fatigue. The yukata provided was soft and comfortable to wear, showing great attention to detail. A nice bonus was being able to take the slippers home, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely consider returning to this excellent hotel."

"This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! 1. **Location**: It's incredibly accessible, just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Bus Terminal. Even in the scorching heat of late July, we could quickly get there with our luggage. 2. **Customer Service**: During check-in, there was a staff member who spoke Korean, which made the process incredibly smooth. She proactively provided information I might need and explained the hotel's various services in Korean. I really appreciate her kind assistance. 3. **Room**: The room was very spacious and perfectly adequate for two people. The beautiful mountain view from the back was a delight, and the in-room hot spring tub was huge. The only minor drawback was the slightly firm bed, but aside from that, the complimentary minibar drinks and snacks, along with the immaculate cleanliness, were excellent. 4. **Hot Spring**: Beyond words, it was superb. The separate changing rooms for men and women were cool, and with about 10 individual showers, showering was comfortable and pleasant. After showering, entering the hot spring area, there were various pools ranging from 35°C to 42°C. There was even a unique doctor fish pool, which was a fun experience. Both steam and dry saunas were available, offering a great way to detox. 5. **Swimming Pool**: The large outdoor pool had separate lanes for swimming and recreational use, as well as a shallow pool for children. 6. **Breakfast**: This was the highlight of the hotel. There are hardly any reviews for this hotel on Korean blogs, and even fewer detailed reviews about the breakfast, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the breakfast, which was managed by time slots to ensure a moderate number of diners, was the best I've ever experienced at any hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh salads, diverse seafood, hot dishes, yogurt, ice cream, and bakery items – I was so full! My only regret was that I couldn't eat more in the morning. The staff were also incredibly friendly. When I first booked, I thought the price was a bit high, but for this price, the facilities and service are exceptional. If I visit Taiwan again, I would definitely want to stay here again. I highly recommend this excellent hotel to everyone!"

"1. The bathtub in the bathroom had cracks, causing the water to drain out, and the sharp edges posed a risk of cuts. 2. Whether it was a pre-booking phone inquiry or check-in communication, the customer service staff consistently used the excuse, ”Because you booked through a third-party platform...” Aren't those third-party bookings still sales made by your hotel? I've recently stayed at IHG group hotels and never experienced such differential treatment. The service quality of the Westin staff needs significant improvement. 3. There was no staff patrolling the women's nude hot spring area. Some guests brought four children who were allowed to play loudly and splash water without anyone intervening, causing discomfort to other guests."

"The sodium bicarbonate beauty hot spring and bath crystal salt experience were quite good. In the afternoon, there are small refreshments available in the lobby. The breakfast at 1F Ming Chu Buffet (6:30 AM - 12:30 PM) can easily be enjoyed as a brunch. The R floor rooftop Sky Bar offers 360-degree panoramic views. The downside of the accommodation is its proximity to the railway; lower floors or specific room types may easily hear the operational sounds of passing trains. It's recommended to request a higher floor when booking and try to avoid consecutive holidays to ensure the most comfortable vacation experience!"

"Pros: 1. The sea view from the suite is excellent. 2. The room is spacious. 3. The breakfast is delicious with many local specialties. 4. Close to the beach. 5. The amenities like the game room, pool, and trampoline are great. 6. The plaza is very nice, and the view is fantastic when you walk around it. Areas for improvement: 1. At breakfast, as soon as we sat down, a staff member told us with a stern face that we could only eat for 90 minutes. This felt extremely poor. For the price of the room, both the attitude and the rule were very uncomfortable. Few people eat breakfast for 90 minutes, so why bother? 2. The sea view suite lacked a coffee machine, the lighting was dim, and small details like bath bag liners for the tub were missing, which felt inadequate."

"The services were all very thoughtful, and all the staff were polite. They were always quick to assist with any questions or issues. The only minor drawbacks were the outdoor parking lot across from the hotel, which was quite inconvenient on rainy days. Also, the hot spring area had children playing with inflatable toys, disturbing other guests. There should be a dedicated children's splash zone to separate them. There were no showers in the hot spring area, so we had to go back to our room to shower after soaking. The steam room had a strange odor, possibly like urine. Breakfast was served as a set meal, but I didn't like everything on the plate. A buffet would have been better, allowing for free selection and portion control."
