Luxury Hotels in Zhengzhou

"My accommodation in Zhengzhou during my Henan trip. Usually, tourists seem to stay near Erqi Square. However, since we needed to take a train from Zhengzhou East Station to travel across multiple cities, and also planned to visit 'Only Henan' (a scenic spot), plus I heard the scenery around 'The Big Corn' building was good, I specifically chose it as our accommodation for these few days. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Even more, I have to thank 'The Big Corn' for a fortuitous decision: because I chose to stay during two nights that were considered 'off-peak,' I adjusted our travel dates. If not for this, our trip would have coincided with a heavy rainstorm, making it impossible to go out at all. The room itself was fantastic – very large and spacious, with that classic five-star hotel feel. The bathtub was very comfortable for soaking, and the desk was convenient for work. Welcome fruits were also provided. However, the small snacks in the room that I saw mentioned in other reviews didn't seem to be there; I'm not sure if it was due to the room type or something else. The service was also excellent. Ms. Zhang Dongmei and Ms. Kong Mengge provided outstanding service. They were very responsive to all requests. When checking in, they directly offered a late checkout until 4:00 PM, which was incredibly convenient. Regarding the food, I was also very satisfied. The breakfast had a wide variety of options: Roujiamo (meat burger), Huimian (braised noodles), rice noodles, Hulatang (spicy soup), millet porridge, cold dishes, fruits, baked goods, and various Chinese and Western delicacies. It was exceptionally rich and satisfying. The executive lounge was also great; happy hour offered several hot dishes, fruits, desserts, and very good drinks. You could even print custom patterns on your coffee. The facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring pool, were also very good. Amenities were plentiful; the swimming pool even had clean towels and non-slip slippers provided. Right downstairs is a large lake, and an evening stroll there with the breeze was very comfortable. I will definitely come back again."

"Highly recommend! The hotel is only 1.2 kg from the terminal of the airport. It offers 24 hour of airport pickup and drop off services. Across from the lobby is a large restaurant, providing delicious food for very reasonable prices. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, the manager helped me to take luggages my hotel room. He made sure that someone came to my room to help me take my luggage from my room to the shuttle vehicle. In the evening before he is off work, he dropped me a message to confirm the arrangement with guidance of direction in the airport . I saw a good number of airline crews staying in the hotel and dining in their restaurant. There were also a few foreigners."

"I was very satisfied with the overall service quality of the hotel. It's right next to the David Citadel, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The underground parking was clearly signposted and easy to find. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast quality was decent, though not much variety. I personally felt there were too few hot dishes. The room was comfortable and, despite being next to the elevator, the noise was minimal, which is great for light sleepers. On the first day, the staff thoughtfully provided children's toothbrushes and slippers upon noticing we had a child. Check-in was a bit slow as there was a company holding a conference, leading to many guests, which I understood. The next day at breakfast, due to the large crowd, items like boiled eggs and buns ran out very early and weren't promptly refilled."

"Centrally located with convenient transportation, it's close to both the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and Erqi Square. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly, and check-in was smooth. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety, including the local specialty, spicy soup (huladahu). The gym and pool facilities are excellent! The dinner buffet also has a rich selection and is reasonably priced. Very satisfied!"

"This hotel is fantastic! It was super convenient for the Nicholas Tse concert. They offer a free shuttle service, which was perfectly organized and made the whole experience so smooth. It was a really hot day, and after the concert, the staff even had ice pops ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also my birthday on the day I checked out, and the hotel had a birthday gift prepared in advance – so many little details! The breakfast was extensive, the gym had a full range of equipment, and the pool was a refreshing must-have for summer. Special shoutout to Ms. ASHELY RONG, who was incredibly kind and meticulous; she even walked us to the door after we checked out. This is definitely the most convenient choice if you're attending a concert. It's also super easy to get anywhere from here. I always choose InterContinental hotels for my travels."

"An excellent stay! Although the hotel has been open for a while, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast, in particular, was exceptional with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and local delicacies like *Hulatang* (spicy soup) were very authentic. "This hotel definitely lives up to its Ctrip ranking. I traveled with two kids and two seniors by high-speed rail. Originally, I was considering the Yinji Hotel, but I chose the InterContinental instead because Yinji is far from the city center, limited dining options, and everything requires queuing. We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Atour, but this time I picked the InterContinental specifically for its seventh-floor pool. It's well-designed, clean, safe, and convenient – just bring your swim gear. If you forget your swim ring, you can rent one for 30 yuan with no time limit. One thing that Atour and similar hotels can't match is the abundance of staff, always ready to assist. As for things like air conditioning, soundproofing, and cleanliness, you can completely disregard any negative reviews. The breakfast is also quite rich, with specialty dishes, various claypot rice dishes, and desserts that are all commendable. The Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) is delicious, and the fresh watermelon and cucumber juices were a big hit with the kids. The location is also prime, very close to the high-speed rail station; you can take a taxi directly to the north entrance. It's also not far from the Snow King headquarters. For dining, you can head to MixC City, which offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is the lack of a self-service laundry room; clothes are charged per item for washing. So, remember to bring small packets of laundry detergent. Also, there's no clothesline in the bathroom, so you have to hang clothes on the inner railing of the window. The bar on the fifth floor has a Cuban-level singer with a great vibe – worth checking out! If your room rate includes drinks, remember to claim them. AMY at the front desk is beautiful and gentle; definitely go say hello!"

"The high-floor executive room indeed offered a great view, but the executive lounge felt a bit cramped. The selection of drinks was minimal, and there weren't many food or dessert options, all packed together. The gym wasn't very spacious either, though it was a nice touch that they had a body fat analyzer. The room's basic amenities were good, and the showerhead was very comfortable. However, the decor and furnishings felt a bit dated; as a younger person, I found them a bit old-fashioned. Sharing the parking lot with the mall was really inconvenient, and the parking environment itself was quite poor."

"To see Henan and the Henan Museum again, I chose this hotel right next to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, and it was absolutely perfect! First of all, the hotel facilities are elegant and well-designed, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The service from the front desk and lobby staff is polite and warm, especially Yuna at the front desk who was patient and meticulous. The overall stay was excellent, highly recommended, and I'll definitely come back again."
